After browsing their relatively small Chelsea location, now I’m really keen to explore their 35,000 square foot warehouse in Greenpoint, Brooklyn! If you’re a lover of gorgeous wood furniture, From The Source has what you’re after.
I love the shapes and solid feeling of the pieces at FTS. I was on the hunt primarily for a small bench that could serve the dual purpose of coffee table and occasional seating in my friend’s Greenwich Village apartment. But it was hard to keep my eyes off of everything else, the dining chairs and side tables in particular.
After visiting Nadeau Furniture with a Soul, Canvas Home, Room & Board and West Elm today, I definitely left most inspired by the pieces at From The Source.

So glad I found this place, will be going back to get more beautiful and custom furniture, that is also very affordable.
I went to West Elm, Pottery Barn, Pier 1 and the standard places in one day. I stumbled onto From the Source and met Albert, who was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I found a one of a kind coffee table and Albert switched the legs for me to my color of choice in under 20 min. He also made sure it could get delivered right away.
The piece is worth so much more than it cost and I have already gotten a ton of compliments. All together, a wonderful experience!

I just purchased my starfish indonesian wood table from Bob at From The Source. The place is amazing. They have the coolest pieces I have ever seen. Everything from beds, tables, wooden flowers, jewelry, accessories, chairs… I wish I could afford one of everything!
