New owner makes a world of a difference. Much friendly workers and serving sizes are good now. I would now highly recommend this place to any friends.

Despite the bad reviews I checked it out and had a good experience. I docked one star cause the floors are way old and filthy. But I’d go back and try it again.

I was concerned because of the reviews here; but I had an expiring coupon to use, and this is the closest location to my house, so I gave this location a go. I was pleasantly surprised. There was a several minute wait, as there was a group of 3 guys who ordered milkshakes ahead of me; but the nice young woman, who was the only employee working, apologized for the wait. She was friendly and handled my order and coupon use perfectly. One criticism for the store, though, it was almost unbearably hot inside at 9pm on a cool Sunday night — when I commented upon it, the employee said that the heat comes and goes; but it made me feel really bad for her that she’d have to work in that heat and stuffiness at all, and it wasn’t very inviting for eating inside.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid through a variety of owners. I’ve always had good ice cream and great service. I’ve purchased ice cream cakes that were always well made.

Wow this place is starting to suck even more. I’m surprised it’s still here. Honestly I love baskin robins but Everytime I’m here I’m always stuck with the suckiest employees. Today I came here with a friend around 3:30 and there was only one girl working. But it was not busy. She was rude. Rude rude rude rude RUDE. Hey dude like it’s not busy, you’re probably in the back on your phone so drop the attitude. Seriously though she was so bland, and don’t even get me started omg. Words cannot describe how terrible Costumer service was. She must hate her job so much she dropped the jar of Oreo Cookies. I hope that gets deducted from your paycheck. Whoever owns this place you need to work on your training your employees and hiring better people.

Every time I bring my kids here they are out of something. Tonight they are out of milk. Wtf? You’d think an established business would plan their inventory better. Weak. Walking to Nob Hill, I’ll make my own milkshake at home.

You really can’t go wrong with the ice cream so a Baskin Robbins review is really about the service and the facility, right? Friday night at 7:45 pm I had a craving for my beloved BR Jamoca Almond Fudge and this was the nearest Baskin Robbins. Easy parking in this strip mall which was very quiet on a Friday night. To me this was a plus not having to fight the hustle of downtown Los Gatos. Service was fast and friendly. Scoop was generous. Knocked off one star because the seating at this location is VERY limited, and the only table available was a little dirty. Didn’t stop me from loving my scoop but it was a bit off-putting. Overall a solid Baskin Robbins experience and I would not hesitate to come back to this location.

This was the best ice cream cake experience! I feel so lucky. We had an Alice in Wonderland theme birthday party and we brought in plastic cake toppers. When I brought them in, Stephanie was so helpful and told us how much she loves Alice in Wonderland. Stephanie and Charissa surprised us and decorated the cake to match each cake topper. It was so special and so loved by all of the guests. They even wrote a handwritten note on our box and it really shows how much they care. I have never had a better experience getting a cake and we will certainly be back!

I came in this store with 5 small children who all wanted samples in addition to my husband who is the most impatience of them all. We were helped by a very nice girl, Katie-Ann. She was able to multi-task while being friendly with 6 people shouting questions at her. She got all the orders(including my husband’s) correct, and even gave me back 5 $ I over paid. Honest and kind staff, Ice cream was great, store was clean, and plenty of parking. We will be back!

I orderd a chocolate dipped waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream: chocolate and coffee n donuts! I must say the coffee and donuts flavor was good! The chocolate in between the coffee ice cream was delicious! I tasted some donut flavors in there but I think it was too few. Chocolateflavor tasted normal like any other chocolate flavored ice cream!

Service is still unfriendly … It’s an ice cream store they need to hire people who like dealing with customers and serving ice cream with sufficient serving sizes. Too bad Willow Glen cream is not in LG

I have been to this location many times. Now they have new owners so I thought I would try it again. I got 2 scoops in a cup and yes they are still stingy with the scoops! I don’t think I should be able to see the bottom of my cup with the 2 «scoops» the girl put in before I even take a bite ! I am not a ice cream snob, the baskin Robbins on Lawrence is awesome. You get your money’s worth. This one on Los gatos blvd sucks big hairy balls! They must train their employees to be stingy and use their mini ice cream scooper. It’s ridic! I will go to the one on Campbell ave even tho it’s not as close.

Their door lies! Custom Cakes are NOT made in 24 hours! The manager says it takes a minimum of 48 hours! When asked why they have 24 on their door, they said Baskin-Robbins HQ won’t let them take the sign down. Gee, doesn’t that make perfect sense? :-o

Way disappointed! Called on July 4th @ 6:15pm and asked how late they were going to be open, I was told 7:00pm, So my Son and I rushed down the hill(I live near Redwood Estates) and got there at 6:40, the door was locked, the workers just ignored us and one actually ditched out of site as we rattled the door. They may have new ownership, but they still have work to do

Having avoided this location for several years now, I reluctantly went back today to take advantage of the $ 2 for 2 scoop deal today that they were promoting. I knew they had changed management/ownership, so I thought I’d give it another shot. We were greeted by 2 employees who immediately asked to help us and I was happy to see everything was CLEAN and didn’t have a weird smell that I always noticed on previous visits. There were tons of new flavors and my kids had a hard time trying to decide what to get. I love how BR now lists the ingredients in each flavor, so my daughter can identify which flavors are nut free on her own since she’s allergic to nuts. Will definitely come back and hopefully they do more promotions so that they can continue to get the word out that this is a great new re-addition to the neighborhood!

I recently came here after church so I was dressed up and in heels. As I was walking in i fell(I am a grown women and have no problem walking in heels). as you approach the door there is a mat and as I am on the ground and wondering how I got down there I noticed that under the mat there is some sort of hole or uneve surface. This obviously needs to be fixed or it at least shouldnt be covered by a mat so I know its there. After my husband helps me up and Im seeing how bad I injured my knee, I come inside my heel gets stuck in another hole! SERIOUSLY! Obviously I cant rate this place on the fact that its dangerous to even stand in but this needs to be addressed!

HEY! This Baskin-Robbins has been taken over! Yippee! Gone are those horrible people who ran it before, and it seems to be run by some people who are very concerned with making the great store it should be! I am SOOOOOO glad! The employees are happy, the neighbors are happy and this customer is happy :)!

I have been going to Baskin Robbins in this area my whole life(50 years). I used to love going into the store as a little girl and ordering my mint chocolate chip on top and jamoca almond fudge on the bottom on a sugar cone. The scoops were NEVER weighed. They were big and so cold that they had an «al dente» bite to them when you bit into one of them. Well this store here is NOTHING like the 31 Flavors of yore. My experiences here have been horrible. I kept giving them chances and have never been happy with any of my visits. The Jamoca Almond Fudge scoops are always smaller than any other store’s, it tastes old and it’s never hard enough. You know the texture of partially melted /super soft ice cream? It’s a completely different product. I think it’s kept on the softer side so the older indian woman has an easier time scooping it. I also ordered a hot fudge sundae once and was shocked to find out that they don’t use real hot fudge. The indian lady tried to tell me it was hot fudge but it was just warm chocolate sauce. I’ve been eating hot fudge sundaes from Baskin Robbins for 50 years. I know what their hot fudge tastes like. Of course the chocolate sauce is cheaper than fudge sauce so of course they’re going to serve that instead. And lie about it. I don’t get why Baskin Robbins allows these owners to continue in the business of denigrating the Baskin Robbins brand name and reputation. These owners are cheap, they lie, and don’t have the first clue about«customer service.» If you want the kind of service you remember as a kid(read: big scoops of cold, fresh ice cream, and friendly service) go to the one on Pollard Road or the one on Campbell Ave. Both of these establishments are worth driving the extra miles for. Friendly, American-size servings of really cold and really good ice cream. Just like I remember.

Walked in on hot day for a scoop of pink bubblegum ice cream… yes I am still a little big kid! Quick Service — however the bubblegum and the ice-cream tasted old…
