These guys ROCK! I get my hotub cleaned every 3 to 4 months, cost me $ 150 each time. The detailed tech guy is on time and does a super clean job. I also buy my new hotub jets (during the course of the year), this takes 5 to 15 business days. Highly Recommended!

I continue to visit Tradewind Spas for supplies for my spa and use them for service. Its a bit of a drive from Santa Clara, but for the high level of service I have received from them and continue to get I will not go anyplace else. Jeff and his team really do a great job!

SUPERB service. Skip Costco (much cheaper upfront), these guys rep only quality brands and they take care of the customer, from the upfront selection of the RIGHT spa for your use to upkeep and maintenance. I’ve had my Coleman for 6 years and it runs 24/​7, the whole family loves it!

Had our Spa delivered about 4 weeks ago. My old spa finally died and it was time for a new one. I looked at all of the major spa dealers in the valley and Tradewinds was the most competitive and the staff were extremely helpful. Loving my new spa.

Bought my second spa, and first from Tradewind Spas. I’ve been enjoying the spa for a month now with no issues and love the new tub. Went in not sure of my budget and they guided me to the right product at a great price. Very knowledgable, and a business in it for the long term. Great customer service including follow up well after the sale. If you are in the market for a spa, Tradewind Spa is certainly the place to visit.

We just bought a brand spa from Tradewinds Spa of Los Gatos and we have been practically using it everyday! We love it! A real family time hot spot. At first, we had a defective pump but the professional, knowledgable and friendly staff of Tradeswind acted promptly to remedy the problem. Great spas, great deals, and great staff. A winning combination!

We have just started looking to replace our 20 year old spa. I was very happy with the service we have received from Tradewind Spas so far. Andy, the tech they sent out, was very thorough and provided good options since it is time to replace our dying spa (although they were willing to fix it to save us money — and not just sell us a new spa).
We’ve spent time in their showroom and they are extremely helpful.
This is where we will get our next spa.

We just started to rent a house with a 400 gallon, 10 year old Coleman Spa, and now that the weather is nicer, I was eager to get it up and running. Our landlord never used the spa, so he didn’t know much about it, and I had absolutely no idea if it even worked, let alone how to add chemicals to it.
After receiving a flier from Tradewind Spas in the mail, I decided to give them a call for an inspection and help with initial setup. I’m glad I did! I ordered their «10 Point» inspection service and they scheduled it for a Sunday, which was very convenient — no need to take time off work.
The guy was fantastic! He did the complete mechanical inspection and told me everything there is to know about the spa. Showed me the buttons, explained how the mechanics worked, gave advice on when to start it’s filter cycles (ie when peak demand for electricity prices are low), and had plenty of common sense things that I would have never realized if I tried to set the spa up on my own. He was there for over 2 hours and I took pages and pages of notes. Well worth the $ 50 price from the coupon.
The guy was like an encyclopedia of knowledge about the spa, and didn’t try to sell me anything and looked like he really enjoyed his job. To save me a trip to the pool store, I purchased the «starter kit» of chemicals from him, which he added to the water and then broke down what every thing does, and when to use it. He even brought and sold me a new filter, saving me that hassle of trying to track one down that fit our spa.
I was enjoying the fully treated and heated spa only a few hours after he left.

This review is long overdue. We bought our tub about a year ago and we love it. The service we recieved was exceptional and the service post sale still amazes me. Great pricing and service. Wow.

I purchased a portable spa from Tradewinds in 1984. It provided 20 years of service before needing to be replaced. Last summer I reworked my back yard and decided to add a spa to the new design. I discovered that Tradewinds was still in business so I assumed that they must be doing something right. After a few visits to the store I settled on a small moderately priced spa that would meet my current needs. They provided clear insturctions on building the gravel pad and recommended an electrician for the 220V drop. They delivered the spa, wheeled it through the yard and placed it on the pad. I was very happy with the pre-​sale and post-​sale customer service.

We worked with Jeff in buying our first spa. He was super knowledgeable and there was zero pressure. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, they rock!
