Great customer service. I went to exchange a pair of shoes but they didn’t have my size. Adrian said he’d call me when they came in. I didn’t think he actually would but he called and they had my shoes. Thank you Adrian!

Boarders is a cool shop. I like the unique pieces of clothing they carry. I’ve gone here a couple times and it’s always neat and well put together. The employees have always been welcoming. Especially this chick name Jessica. Her customer service is off the hook! I asked her if they get commission and unfortunately they do not, at least she can get some recognition on here. If you ever go here look for her. She is the tallest chick there. Oh and her style is amazing! One negative remark, sometimes those fitting rooms reak.

This shop sucks ass, bunch of attitude from fools who dont know shit about skating. i once asked this guy working there if he mind grabbing a board for me to check out off the wall of decks and he said yes, he did mind(thats his only job at the shop) safe to say i didnt spend any money there after that thanks to their employees. Save your money for a real skateshop like Valsurf or something. these mall shops suck. 2⁄10

I can’t even give it a 1 star. The staff is unfriendly, constant watching with their eyes. So uncomfortable to shop. You don’t feel free. Sadly this place gets a thumbs down for horrible customer service and attention to customer cashier ringing up. Lack in etiquette and morale from all staff. Go hit up «Pharmacy» in Granada Hills. Every staff member greets and makes a sale. In your face«Boarders Staff». Shame on you.

Boarders is my favorite snowboard shop! They have the best selection of outerwear, snowboards, and snowboard accessories out of any of the shops around that I have been too. All of the employees are really helpful and know their stuff. They were able to direct me in the right direction to suit my snowboarding riding style. I got a great set up at a great price and I couldn’t be happier with it.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a nice young lady. Right away she asked if I needed assistance(which I did) and she picked out a lot of nice clothes that fit my price range. Never thought shopping for a friends birthday present would be so easy! Also liked how clean they kept the place and glass displays! Great environment, nice up-beat music, best place to shop or even just look around. Will definitely shop here again and recommend to all my fiends!

This place has a great selection of skate shoes, apparel, and snow products. I usually dont drive this far for snow gear but their prices are unbeatable! The people that work there know their stuff and great service. I highly recommend this Board shop to everyone else.

I absolutely love the style of clothes they have. They have unique clothes that you won’t see everyone wearing. And their prices are pretty competitive with forever 21(unless you buy some of their name brand products like obey) They have employees scattered around not every interactive not much of a greeting either. But so far I’ve had good customer service at the register. Their return policy is exchange only no cash back.

Been in the store a few times(there’s not alot of people) About 5 workers and no one says«Hi welcome or just to let you know this and that. percent off.» One day I bought a new pair of Toms shoes. I asked for my size tried it on and realized it didn’t fit me so I returned it to the worker there and asked to give me a smaller size, which seems to be a problem. He seemed upset that he had to go back to the back and give me a smaller pair. I said«Thank you». After handing me the shoes, he just walked away. I went to pay my item. Another guy(cash register). I said«Thank You» after he hands me my shoes and change, he then continued chatting with his co-workers. This store is not gonna last long. Seems too laid back with snobbish workers. No «You’re welcome, come again». They must not like their job. Do want to come back, I like their(few) selection of shoes. Just hoping their hospitality could be inviting.
