Great store. I buy like EVERYTHING from here!!! Everything is really cute and all, but really… 1.You need a bigger selection. Like the one at the Camarillo outlet… PLEASE!!! 2. You can seriously stop asking about your AEO credit card… But overall great store:)

I was apprehensive with all the negative reviews about coming to this location. I found them all to be inaccurate from what I experienced. Granted the other reviews are older but they have definitely made changes for the better. The service was attentive but not overbearing. The store was clean and orderly. The selection was better then the store at the Oaks mall. It was a little harder to find in the winding maze that is the topanga mall but I was happy once I found the location. I ended up walking out with a few outfits and shorts for my husband.

I keep trying to give this store a second chance… and then a third chance… and a fourth chance… I HATE the customer service at the store. I honestly can’t stand how you can walk by everyone working there and no one will say«Hi» or even ask if you need help. For god sakes, even the manager — who she will not be named — wasn’t nice in the slightest regard what so ever. Couldn’t believe it. Went in there last night and I swear the service gets worse every time. Don’t bother coming in.

Love American Eagle! This is my go-to location since I’ve been noticing that a lot of them have been closing recently(Sherman Oaks closed, 3rd Street Promenade closed). It’s in the corner of the Topanga mall and is kind of secluded, which is nice because it is never busy. The people working at this American Eagle are always so friendly to me. They always greet me and help me get a fitting room. The reason why I don’t give it more stars is because I feel like even though it is a particularly large location, only half of the store is actually taken up by racks of clothes. There’s huge space in the middle and I feel like they really don’t carry everything that’s listed on their website. I have a hard time finding items in my size because they seem to have low quantities of some of their items. Please get more inventory and fill up the entire store!

More expensive than Aeropostale. Similar clothes to it too. Similar to abercrombie and Hollister.

I love American Eagle! When it comes to the stores like Abercrombie and Hollister, I can find cute things, but never EVER in a size that even come remotely close to fitting me. American Eagle feels like they make the clothes more like women’s sizes as opposed to skinny juniors sizes for kids that are still in high school. This one in the Topanga Mall is probably my favorite. They always have my size in the style that I want. Also, American Eagle just likes to give away coupons every now and then. When that happens, I go on a freaking shopping spree!

This is one of the larger AE’s I’ve been too but they don’t seem to carry as much stock as smaller stores I’ve been to. I think it’s because they’re in some random corner and if it wasn’t there, I wouldn’t even go to this side of the mall. However, maybe it’s just magic but every time I walk in, they’re having a sale on items I’ve been eying just a few weeks before at full price. So, I do make a point to stop in. I must say though, their workers are a little slow on the uptake. I watched my clerk attempt to put my receipt in the shopping bag three times. Apparently the handle was thwarting her. Um, just give me the damn receipt!
