Food was alright however not worth the price tag, service was rushed –we felt like you ate now leave and parking was non existent– have to go across the street unless you get there first thing and park In the street. Also, there was only one bathroom for the restaurant to share. Bloody Mary’s were good not great and the cranberry mimosa more cranberry than mimosa. Also, there was sticky residue from the juice running done my glass.

Very creative menu. The peanut butter chocolate pancakes were unique and scrumptious! The staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was casual, relaxed and welcoming. Excellent way to start a family day of skiing.

White moutains are one of the good places for breakfast. Our fav is always been polly pancake parlor. We love it even from north andover MA we drive there to have breakfast and soend day on the moutains This time while driving to quebec on christmas eve they were closed so we decided to find alternative and we flund flapjacks which was right off the highway and very convenient for a stopover. So we headed there the morning first one there. the place is very old school wood based décor and interior. We ordered the flapjacks, omelette and sides. The food was very good. I got veggie omelette with toast and country style potatoes. Friends got pancakes, coffe and sides of potatoes. The food was very.good. the potatoes were nicely spkcy and omelette was cooked very nicely. The pancakes were good too. Overall this is a good place to stop if you. can make polly or. need to stop for breakfast on way to your travel destinations.

Great place to start your day. I have been a few times and have had the stuffed flapjacks and breakfast combo. Good home cooking. Can tell everything is made from scratch. The wait staff is also very nice and the atmosphere of the dining area makes you feel comfortable. Plus the train inside is pretty cool!

I hate pancakes… that being said, I do not hate the pancakes at Flapjacks, I’m a changed woman! The food was overall amazing, but the pancakes were life changing. Aside from the food, the atmosphere was warm and inviting and the waitstaff was very friendly! Will be going back when I’m back in Lincoln again.

The food was amazing I had the roast beef eggs benny and shared the blueberry pancakes! They were both great! Some of the best pancakes I have ever had! The hot chocolate was a little water, but the whip cream on top made it better! I love that they have real syrup. The only thing I would change is banana pancakes, they are my favorite!

This place was delicious and worth the wait on a Sunday morning. The potatoes were amazing and you can’t forget to try their syrup. Must go if you are in town!

I don’t love pancakes. But THESE pancakes. Wow. I read all these crazy Unilocal reviews describing this place as «the best breakfast experience of my life» and you know what? I get it. My 11-year old ordered hot chocolate and they brought him a huge mug of liquid chocolate deliciousness with a mountain of whipped cream on top. How could things go wrong with this kind of a start? The Cub breakfast was awesome. Home fries are fantastic, sausage was excellent, bacon was crisp and delicious, and the eggs were over easy and delicious. Coffee was refilled before it was ever empty. Service was exceptional. I wish this place was in Avon, CT.

So, there a bunch of reviews on this place already so I’ll join in saying it was fantastic. But a couple of highlights for me… — they ask if U want ur bacon crispy! — the homefries are unique in that they are sliced(not cubed) which allows for a great crispiness and the Rosemary is a wonderful flavor! — the portions are huge(I had the«Hungry Like A Bear»)! — the flapjacks are the best I’ve ever had… with maple butter and real maple syrup!

Great food! I was skeptical at first, the line was out the door and I couldn’t imagine how breakfast could be worth such a wait. It only ended up being about 20 – 25 minutes, and we were seated in a cozy corner. Décor was nice and the train on the ceiling was very cute. Our sever Ron was extremely pleasant and wonderful. Food came out quickly and the portions were enormous. My pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and the Hooterville looked great as well! Definitely try the homemade syrup. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent place to get breakfast, worth the wait in line. They make an excellent omelette and the pancakes are delicious. Quick, efficient and friendly service. They keep people moving. Coffee was decent, would be better if they had a small pitcher of creamer than the tiny sealed cups.

Top notch breakfast place on the Kanc. And this is saying something from a person who does not go out of their way for pancakes. I ended up having the Lumberjack Feast, which is eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, and two flapjacks(I picked the blueberry). All good eats. Great for family and young kids who will enjoy the model trains running on tracks above. Get there early, the wait can be long. If the line is out the door then the wait is 45+ minutes.

The train is so cool! The service is wonderful even when it’s super busy(and it’s busy on a Monday morning). The hungry club comes with a little bit of everything: french toast, eggs, bacon or sausage, and a side(I recommend the home fries). The whipped maple cream butter is so authentic and goes well with the not too sweet cinnamon-sugar coating. The bread is supper fluffy and a little crunchy/crispy on the outside. Pour a little of the authentic New Hampshire maple syrup and you’re good to go! Philly cheese steak: tastes just like what you’d think it is: a Philly cheese steak in an omelette. Fresh garden omelette: definitely fresh veggies, even the toast is good! Strawberry and raspberry pancakes: fruit is very fresh!

Beside the drive up to the top … this is the 2nd best thing I have experienced in the Mt. Washington area … and in fact I would put this in the top 1% of all breakfast-brunch places that I have tried in NYC, Boston, Chicago, LA, LV and Orlando. First of all — if you are going on a weekend. you may have to wait for about 15 — 20 mins.. don’t be restless because its worth the wait! The food: EXCELLENT!. everything from their pancakes, to omelettes to the hash brown — were perfect — had the unique«home made» taste. and served with great warmth and care. I particularly loved the hash brown and the pan cakes!. even the maple syrup they serve is top quality — and they also sale this syrup in the restaurant. So if you really like good maple syrup. dont forget to buy a bottle! The place is neat. and well decorated — with a mini railway track running all across the ceiling — and a loco making rounds above you … pretty fun! Loved it soo much. went here on both the days we were at Lincoln!

Wow. That was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. The Rye bread was excellent, very soft and tasty. The flapjack!!! Wowzers, wish I didn’t offer to share mine. Thick but tasty. Syrup was delish, light and tasty. My flapjack absorbed most of the syrup. But maple is not super sweet so it was fine. Hubster had the veggie omelette with the rye along with home fries(basically red potato discs with rosemary) delicious!!! Someone in our party also ordered one of the specials. Poached eggs on English muffin with crab cakes and hollandaise sauce. I had to taste it. Perfection. Crab cakes were OMG. The service was also great, what an unbelievably pleasant group of people, every single one of them. Quaint little town too. Would love to make a return visit. If you’re close by you have to go!!!

Far one of the better places to eat breakfast in the area. Reasonable prices for the portions. The pancakes are awesome– think and fluffy. The maple syrup had an odd taste to it though… Can I just say that I HATEWHENWAITRESSESPUTTHEIRTHIMBINMYFOOD!!! I hate it !!! Please just stop… It’s gross and you’ve been handling money and peoples leftovers all day. Would come back if I was in the area though because there’s nothing else… I’m too spoiled here in Providence.

¼ Yummy and fun breakfast place! Very kid friendly. Delicious pancakes. Family loved the sausage. Very tasty, sliced home fries. They offer bacon regular or crispy. I got the veggie medley omelette and asked for their pesto in it-delicious! At peak ski season, expect to wait. An electric train runs through the restaurant making it enjoyable for kids as well.

Literally the most amazing breakfast I have EVER had. Ever. The pancakes were fluffy and had some kind of maple cinnamon butter that I’m STILL drooling over. The sausage was melt-in-your-mouth amazing, bacon was fresh and potatoes were to die for. My boyfriend had a special… it was a breakfast sandwich on PANCAKES. PANCAKESWERETHEBREAD. WHAT?! This was heaven in my mouth… of course I stole a bite. It even had hollandaise sauce on it. Amazing. Our waitress was funny and wasn’t afraid to crack jokes with us. I am begging my boyfriend to go back tomorrow before we go home!
