McDonald’s

I don’t think I could ever ethically give McDonald’s more than three stars in good conscience. Nevertheless, for a McDonald’s restaurant, this one is pretty decent. They have all the usual food that you’ll find at McDonald’s. The lines can be long because it’s right off the interstate. But the thing I liked about it most was that they have a very modern play place; probably the most unique I’ve ever seen. They have a section where kids can make music and the play place in itself is pretty awesome.

So me and my friends came came to McDonald’s around 11:27 P.m. The service was was awful I had to ask for them to take our order. there was No one at McDonald’s at the time and all we wanted to do was play on the playset, we only got on it for two
soon as we got on it one of the employees of McDonald’s came out and yelled «get off the playset». It makes me sad to know that there are people out there in the world like this today McDonald’s should be a place for you feel free and welcomed however me and my friends do not feel welcomed. I am never coming to this McDonald’s ever again.

Very fast service and our food was very good. The gal who took our order was very easy to understand and got it all right the first time!

⁸⁄₁₇: If you are on a diet this is the perfect Mcdonalds drive through to use because they forget to put something in your order 90 percent of the time. They are right by the freeway exit so by the time you realize you have been shortchanged you are on the freeway and not likely to turn around and get the rest of your food.
Stopped by on ⁸⁄₁₉ for breakfast, ordered a Egg Mcmuffin and Lg Dr pepper, got a sausage muffin and diet soda. Guess their morning shift is no better than the afternoon shift.

The same food I grew up with! McDonalds is amazingly consistent! Their new spicy, bacon quarter pounder left me wanting though – had to go Atkins because the bread tasted like a dry sponge. However, I could have eaten a tray full of the fries. Comfort food, man!

Out of all the McDonalds in the Salt Lake /​Utah county areas this one is the best. They have the fastest drive thru service and I always get good service from them. My review is based on the service. The food is great if you are a McDonalds fan. JP

The location is great. It’s by the freeway and, for us, the perfect distance between SLC and home. We stop here on the way to SLC to pick up breakfast on a Saturday. You can’t go wrong with the McMuffin. On the way home from events late in the evening, it’s a quick stop to get a couple ice cream cones. I don’t think I’ve ever had a burger here. But, then I don’t eat McDonald’s burgers much — period.
The facility has the nice double order lanes and is efficient. As McDonald’s go, it’s a really good one.

Wifi makes it bearable while the kids play in the huge playland.

Ridiculous! I know, I shouldn’t expect much from McDonalds. The best thing about McDonalds is that they’re fast and predictable. As the father of 4 young kids, I have spent my fair share of time watching my kids play in the Playland. In fact, I used to take my kids to this McDonalds every Saturday morning to give my wife a chance to sleep in.
It has now been a few years since I’ve been back to this McDonalds because of a frustrating experience I had here. One evening, on my way home from work my wife called and asked me to stop by and pick up dinner at McDonalds. I went through the drive-​thru, got my order, and was quickly on my way. When I got home I found that I had received the wrong food order. Not only was there almost nothing from my order include in the bag, the value of the items was not even close to what I had paid. I called the store to let them know of the mix-​up and nobody answered the phone, and there was no answering machine. So, I called Corporate and was told I’d have to speak with the individual restaurant manager. I tried the local restaurant again and someone finally picked up. I asked to speak with the individual in charge. When I explained my situation to her, instead of apologizing or offering to make up for the mistake, she hung up on me. I had not raised my voice, I had been polite. I had just explained what had happened and then gave her the opportunity to respond. I was dumbfounded when she hung up on me. Needless to say, I haven’t returned to this McDonalds.
