Not going to lie, definitely one of the better fast food places. They always have the fries extra crispy which is awesome and the burger choice is outstanding. The crew is extremely friendly and helpful.

Worst service ever. My wife’s burger came out raw. So she took it back and had them remake it. After 15 minutes, I was all done, but her burger still had not arrived. So I went to the counter and asked about it. They didn’t even know about it. So after another 5 minutes, her burger finally arrived.

I waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru line tonight. Shame on me. I won’t be back.

At Culvers you can always expect friendly service and good food. They are pretty good at keeping things clean also. My favorite is the Butter Burger and the Cheese Curds. The custard desserts never disappoint!

For a drive-thru order late on a Saturday night I couldn’t have been more pleased. I had the mushroom swiss burger, which was hot, flavorful(herbs in the patty?!), and big — too big to finish, in fact. But that may because the single size order onion rings were both huge and plentiful. Am I seeing this right? The onion rings are hand cut and battered? Oh, I’ll be back, Culvers.

LOVE their custard. I have only had their concretes. I’ve tried ordering food every time I’ve gone, but they mess up the order. I’ve had TERRIBLE service there. They have made mistakes EVERY time I’ve been, and they are very nonchalant about it. They aren’t rude, but they aren’t apologetic. An employee said something along the lines of: «I know. The owner died and we have new management.» I don’t really see what that has to do with never getting the order right. I STILL haven’t tried their food because the order is wrong every time. If you just want custard, go for it. Food? Best of luck.

We just had horrible service here tonight. I ordered a flavor of the day for my husband and I and was presented with a concrete mixer. When I brought it to her attention she said«when you order a flavor of the day they assume you mean a concrete mixer» this is not true. They’re two entirely different things. I asked her to make me a flavor of the day since that’s what I ordered and she brought me one. I then asked her if the concrete mixer I paid for is more expensive and she said yes it is but she REFUSED to refund me. She then told me to make sure I say I don’t want a concrete mixer next time– as if it was my fault. Horrible customer service and the manager heard the whole thing and didn’t say a single word to us. I’m mostly annoyed that she lied instead of making us what we ordered and refunding us. You lost a customer today!

I don’t know if we just had bad luck, but that was sincerely the WORST burger I’ve ever tasted. I say tasted because I couldn’t bring myself to actually eat it. Texture was awful, it smelled burnt, and it tasted like everything was cooked in the same disgusting oil. I threw away my burger. And I love burgers.

Really good quality burgers. Their fried curds are amazing, and so are their onion rings. Their veggie burger was great, too. The concrete mixer flavors of the day are always tempting. The drive-thru menu could use improvement(lots of options, weird organization, took me a while to get used to, and it doesn’t have everything listed on there), and it’s «fast» as in usually a 5 – 10 minute wait(about half the time I get asked to pull into a waiting spot). Cheaper than other options out there for this quality of fast food, though(for example: JCW’s).

The custard here is the bomb! This is a must. Okay, so it is fast food and most everything on the menu is most certainly hong to clog your arteries; once in a while wont kill you right? Okay, here is my short view… The deserts are great. The shakes are yummy, and are extra thick. A small is enough for anyone. The food is good, and the prices are a bit high I think. The staff is friendly and upbeat. Good place and service and fun for the occasional burger.

Decent burgers and fries and shakes. Nothing amazing, but nothing gross. Better than your average fast food, but not mind blowing.

I like Culver’s, a lot. I have no idea what makes a burger a «butter-burger», but they are good. I would even go as far as to say that of all the fast food chains I prefer Culver’s burgers the most. The fries aren’t so great, and I don’t really care for the cheese curds either, but the burgers are good. The frozen custard is also excellent. For how much I like this place when I go, I’m surprised I don’t go more often. A cheese burger from this place hits the spot better than any burger from the other places around. There really isn’t much more to say, the burgers are great, the sides aren’t.

Clean and good food! We eat here every now and again and the food is always very good. Staff is friendly and they even bring your food to your table. Kind of a nice touch you don’t see much anymore. Their ice cream is alright. I think the food is better than the dessert here. All in all good place to go.

The best cod fish sandwich anywhere. The cod is a good portion that seemed freshly dipped and fried… no box fish either. I also had a pecan hot fudge sundae. so good! They specialize in fried cheese curds too that my husband and son likes. Take a relaxing lunch and go to Culvers, you’ll be glad you did.

I love Culvers. I think this is one of the better fast food chains in Utah. Their burgers are fresh and their fries are delicious. They also have fried chicken and it is very yummy! The concretes and shakes are great too. This is a good family spot or a good place for quick tasty food.

Being from the Midwest, I was happy to find out that the Culver’s here doesn’t lose the taste in Utah as some other chains do. They have the same good buttery burgers and pretty decent cheese curds. They often have good deals going on too, today I had a single scoop cone of Maple Pecan custard for just a dollar. One advantage this location offers over nearby Five Guys or In-N-Out is its abundance of seating and seating options. Booths, big tables, small tables, indoor and outdoor seating. It also seems to attract an older and therefore quieter crowd. Overall the atmosphere is pretty nice and the employees are very friendly and helpful. It’s one of those places where they bring your food out to you and make sure you have everything you need. The one major drawback to coming here, especially during lunchtime is the location. While easy to get to off the interstate, it can be nearly impossible to exit back towards I-15. There is no light out of the parking lot, and it can be extremely frustrating unless you happen to get lucky. If you’re heading in towards American fork, though, can be just fine.

So apparently Culver’s is a Mid-West thing and I had no clue until my boss pretty much forced me to go since she is from Wisconsin. When we got there, I ordered the double deluxe with cheese curds. The burger looks plain but is packed with buttery goodness. The cheese curds were delicious when hot but sort of chewy when cold. This location had fry sauce which is native to Utah so I pretty much used it with everything lol. Their vanilla custard gets an A+ from me. I love ice cream and their soft-serve puts every other fast food ice cream to shame.

Awesome food, Awesome, friendly and helpful wait staff and frozen custard, doesn’t get any better than this. Pot Roast sandwich was tasty and fresh with mashed potatoes and gravy as a side, killer combo. But the real killer here if the frozen custard, I had never had it and now I crave it. Wow was that good. Try this place before wasting your time at the major chain fast food joints, this place smokes them all!

First impression, very clean and the staff members are friendly. The burgers are great! The patties taste fresh and full of flavor. My icecream sundae! YUMMY!!! The managers came over and talked with us for a bit. One of them gave me a compliment. Said I looked like a young Gladys Knight. Awwww how sweet! Over all, great experience! I hope Culvers makes it way to NY!

These burgers must have addictive powers lingering in you yearning for more leaving you pleading to go back. And those crinkly fries? Wow. Crinkly fries have normally been frowned upon, but they are incredibly tasty and must contain that same addictive ingredient. Friendly staff every time I visit.
