CraigO’s Lakeway

This was our first time at CraigO’s, and we probably won’t be back. We ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza and chicken parm with Alfredo sauce rather than the usual marinara. The pizza was extremely greasy (more than the usual pepperoni greasiness), but the crust was pretty good. The Alfredo sauce was thin/​watery and bland, and the chicken was eerily similar to the frozen dinner kind I remember eating in college. Gross.
On a more positive note, the employees were very helpful and friendly, and their service was good. If only their food was better…

Always a different pizza. You never get the same quality. It’s scary to have to ask them to remake it or to complain. The pizza comes Cold, oily, and or tossed around. Buy from grocery store and opt out of this place. Pasta is just sauce and pasta. Like I said. Grocery store.

Yuck! This CraigO’s sucks. Mediocre pizza, wilted lettuce in salad. Save your money and drive a bit further and hit the Backdraft Pizza Trailer. Night and day. I’ll go barf now.

We have ordered take out from CraigO’s in Lakeway multiple times and continue to be disappointed. We’ve had cold pizza delivered 2 ½ hours later, terrible service on the phone and in person, and when we have asked for extra cheese, there was hardly any cheese on the pizza at all! We feel we have given them enough chances and have now decided never to give them our business again. My advice… go spend your money at a restaurant that actually cares about their customers.

My family and I love pizza. The problem is, one son and I have to have gluten free, while my other son and husband aren’t on a restricted diet and prefer all that wonderful gluten. Thankfully we found Craig-O’s because they serve both and this place serves the best gluten free pizza I have ever had.
Not only is the food delicious, the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. The kids love the playground as well.

Ok for the very limited decent pizza options in Lakeway. The kids like it for the playground.

Decent size and average there was just an average amount of toppings… could have been more generous. Price is reasonable.

There also a really nice playground for kids and outdoor seating if you like. Beautiful views.

Love this place! Super friendly staff, always good about sending out coupons, big tvs, and did I mention the pizza is awesome? Their crust is so soft and unique. Keep it up guys!

Love Craigo’s– eat lunch here at least once a week. Always awesome– love love love Craig’s Greek pizza. Started eating at Craigo’s Brodie location years ago!

We eat at Craigo’s Lakeway a couple of times a week between dining in and delivery. They have a great Caesar salad, a great pasta salad, and the pizza is almost always great. A few times it has been undercooked but not bad. If you have their rewards program you receive money off for spending a certain $ amount and eating there as much as we do, we have used it quite a bit. The normal staff is always friendly, remembers us, and knows our order. Occasionally there are new employees in there that aren’t as out going or friendly but everyone has to be new at some point so I won’t hold that against them. When we dine in they come see how everything is at least a couple of times and always clear the taxable once we are finished with a dish. We love it here.

Great food. I enjoy their wraps. The employees are the nicest. It seems to be the most social place to be in the evenings. Nice playground equipment for the children. Craig is also a huge supporter of the Lake Travis athletes.

Terrible service. The waitress literally threw the pizza at our table. The other waiter that brought our food didn’t know what type of salad or pizza was in his hands.

The worst pizza I have seen in a long time. It came cold. Next pizza I get will be from papa Murphy.

Might be the best pizza in Austin. Quality toppings and crust. I order with light sauce.

Unhappy with my pizza. Toppings over cooked, especially the meat. Too much red sauce and it spilled out, plus the taste was not really good. Crust was unevenly cooked. The 14″ pizza was $ 15.99 plus $ 4.00 delivery plus a tip. I felt it was really expensive for a bad pizza. I would have gladly been happy about the price if it was good. The delivery service was good. However, there are too many pizza places here that are far better. I won’t be eating their’s again.
