Crazy Shirts

Approximately one step up from your typical souvenir t shirt shop. The staff were extra friendly and very welcoming. Even though shirts are in their name, they carry other items as well. It’s worth a look if you’re in the area.

I must have shopped at Crazy Shirts for at least an hour since I wanted to try on shirts and sweaters before I purchased anything. And, before leaving, I purchased 1 sweater + different shirts. Sizes varied, but I was able to leave the store happy!
If you spend $ 200+, Crazy Shirts will ship your stuff for free + Hawaii has no tax. I was asked if I wanted my stuff to be shipped to my home, but I had plenty of room in my luggage so I opted out. Price was alright, but the material is good quality so I know my shirts can be worn forever.
Shrinkage, I couldn’t really tell after washing everything in cold water + delicate in dryer.
I was informed, there are Crazy Shirts in California also, but here, depending on where you get them won’t have Maui on it so I made sure I picked up enough shirts + sweater with cute floral and turtles.

Crazy Shirts does customer service just right. We were in the store on 02/​15/​2014 and Joy was there to help us. She put our other shopping bags behind the counter and gave us lots of time to shop. We found from her about how to save money at Crazy Shirts: online ordering available, loyalty program that gives coupons, and that stores in Colorado are her now.

So this is a review of the service and not the product.
I have never seen a customer service person be more disrespectful. We have purchased items at this particular store twice before but won’t be back. My wife was actually paying for the items but the agent still kept looking at me. Even when my wife said, «you can look at me I’m buying these.» the agent kept looking at me.
No worries though there a plenty of other crazy shirt stores on the islands. The one at Cannery Mall had WAY better customer service and even had shirts this high end store didn’t. Save yourself the stress and go to the store in Cannery Mall or one of the two on Front St.

Very fun service. Quality Eco-​friendly shirts. They do last longer than most so you get what you pay for. Nice designs, but nothing obnoxious. Good stop for good shirts.

I love all the Crazy Shirts stores! You never know what will be used to dye your shirts. The guy working the day we went in was great, super nice guy and great personality.

I don’t think I could handle seeing yet another Crazy Shirt store. The shirts are cheesy and unoriginal (because there are way too many Crazy Shirt stores!) and, I’m not exactly sure why, but the name «Crazy Shirt» really gets to me… these shirts are NOT crazy… it should be called «Very Ordinary Hawaii T-​Shirt.»

Great quaility shirts. High thread-​count cotton + highish prices. I’m actually (coincidentally) writing this review in a Maui No Ka Oi («It’s the Best…») Crazy Shirt and really missing the island… When to go back? Decisions, Decisions…
Anyway great selection, I like CS because their 20 buck tee-​shirts feel great and make me nostalgic for Maui. These shirts hold up well and won’t shrink into oblivion like other cheaper and poor quality souvenir shirts. They also have unique and colorful designs.
Great view of the Lahaina Beach from the back of the store, incidentally also where the fitting rooms are located. Super friendly staff and extremely helpful.
But then again who isn’t friendly in Maui???
