The merchandise is the only reason this store deserves any stars. The staff are absolutely horrible and walk around gossiping more than helping the customers. They need to think about hiring professionals, not people who stand around pretending to work while they loudly talk about pointless things. The smaller Honolua that was here before was MUCH better, sad to see that it’s gone.

Great staff and great quality clothing. Very friendly and let us try on everything we wanted to. They were great, lots of great stuff in the store and I’ll definitely be buying more items from them.

San Francisco, CA
This is the second location inside Whaler’s Village. Even though this one is much much smaller, the service here is much better! The sales people are always more attentive and willing to help you find whatever you need, even at their other locations. I always try looking for my Reefs here, or pick up another Honolua t-​shirt before stepping into the other ones. They’re also not so uptight about the parking validation minimum purchase amount. Big ups!
