Lululemon Athletica Maui

Lululemon is an awesome store! However this location in particular is terrible! There is barely any variety in sizes and not to mention it is pretty dark in the store. Also, their customer service is terrible! I never had a chance to get this woman’s name but she was super rude and racist. She would elevator eye every single customer in the store and make a dirty look to each one of them. When I asked to try something on she looked at me rudely and smiled when a new customer entered and suddenly became friendly. So I finally chose what I wanted and had my cash out readily. Then I reach the register, and the same lady says «Umm we don’t take cash, because it’s a Showroom.» So I had to use my card. Worst lululemon experience ever, the company should really pick out the friendlier employees and state whether or not they accept cash. Absolutely ridiculous. The one star was for the shirt I purchased, I love the products not the service.

A lot has changed since the last few people left reviews… This place is great! The grungy middle schooler in me loved the hoodies with thumb holes in them, and they have plenty!
Not to mention the yoga pants with the mesh at the bottom, that give me the perfectly sculpted muscles that make it look like I do Pilates!

I received excellent customer service here. Every single worker gave me some kind of attention. I chose the «studio» pant which they pinned up for me to get FREE hemming. I’m able to forgive their odd hours of operation because they treated me so nice.

I love Lululemon. Santa Monica store is great… Pasadena store is great… Maui location not so much. I understand its a showroom so only being open 5 days a week 11a-​6p is a bummer but not what I have an issue with.
I have an issue with the lack of empathy and customer service. I recently had an issue where the sales person tried to help me but the manager was very nonchalant and tried to place the blame on me. I was so upset I had to leave before I lost my temper.
Lululemon usually has great customer service but I sincerely doubt I will ever go to this location again. I’d rather shop online and not be insulted by someone when buying $ 90 pants from their store.

Disappointing.
This was my first time shopping at a lululemon, and knowing how great the quality is and how cute the styles were I was so eager and excited to make my first purchase.
Hold up hold up before I even begin this review let me just say that the hours of this place is ridiculous. Like ok, it’s closed Monday and Tuesday and when it is open it closes at 6. Seriously? In Hawaii most tourists are on the beach until 5 and they begin shopping around 6. So, just to go to this store I left the beach early specially to shop at this particular store since the hours were so ridiculous.
I run competitively and do intense training almost daily, so I needed a sports bra with the perfect fit so suit my activity. For that, I spent like 45 minutes trying on different bras. The employees were pretty friendly.
So I’m at the register about to make my purchase, and she asks me «debit or credit»? I reply, I have cash. «Sorry, we don’t except cash!»
Um what? That’s so ridiculous. I’ve never EVER been to a store with such a ridiculous policy. If anything, shouldn’t it be the other way around? «Cash only» if they really want to make such restrictions? LOL, so dumb and inconvenient to people who don’t have that on them or are younger. Like what’s the reason behind that, not to get the cash register robbed? So stupid in my opinion! Plus, correct me if I’m wrong, don’t credit card companies take a small commission of the purchase?
So dumb!

Great store love the gear. Just disappointed in their hours. Closed on Monday & Tuesdays and the they are only open 11a-​6p. There location is nice as I can go on my lunch break but the rest of the mall is open til 9/​10p. The girls are great and very helpful!

Today I stopped by this Lululemon because I was doing some shopping nearby my hotel. All the girls there were very nice and overall, the service was amazing! I walked out with some new shorts that I am very pleased with. Great experience!

I stopped by here today to get an outfit. I have a very pleasant visit. The store is small with limited selection because it only meant as trunk selection. Hopefully, it will expand to a bigger store with better selection.

I was less than impressed with this store. Their hours are honestly ridiculous and when they were finally open and I went in the workers were so rude. No one greeted us and when I said hello to the male worker he very rudely said hello but made it obvious I was bothering him (although he was just standing there looking at his nails). I was going to make a purchase but because of how rude the employees were I left without purchasing a thing and will certainly never go back. Way to go turning away paying customers

I had a wonderful experience at the Lululemon in Maui. I am a lifelong customer, and I found this small store to be intimate and lovely. The people that work there are great, and we had wonderful conversation and a lot of fun. Kimberly was knowledgable and friendly, and we shared a mutual love for many items in the store. It is a smaller shop, so don’t think you will find everything you see mainland or online, but know that the quality and courtesy are above and beyond.

This is a factory store so the selection is very limited. That said, the service is lovely. Be sure to find Kelly if you head in to the store – she’s a delight!

I was so excited to hear that Lululemon had a store at Whalers Village and looked forward to shopping there on my short stay on the island, only to find out that they close at 6pm (much earlier than the rest of the shops in the mall) and they’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (which happened to be the 2 days I was on the island). Who closes two days a week in a shopping mall?! Especially one that is in a tourist area. Just ridiculous.
