I made a key purchase here, back a few years, on DD and my first trip to Maui… when she graduated from UC Berkeley. I started my Denny Wong collection with a beautiful Plumeria necklace from here.
One of the islands most clumsily copied pieces of jewelry… the plumeria line by Wong is delicate… just like the flower. I have continued to acquire pieces, earrings, and a bracelet. This year I did not add to, but thoroughly enjoyed my beautiful and timeless jewelry.

Usually, I don’t go for«chain» galleries, especially in Mall situations. But I love this gallery for several reasons. They aren’t huge, and they don’t carry cheesy paintings. They have mostly high end jewelry and some small sculpture, some really nice things. I always find something here(my husband is awesome and always gets me something!) The best part of this place is the sales staff, specifically Donna Abdill. Ask for her! True story: 3 years ago, I fell in love with a gold«petroglyph» style turtle pendant. It was a little pricey and we went by there several times, and then bought it, from her. She was great, letting me try on all sorts of very expensive things even after I told her I was only buying the turtle. She was fun and super warm and friendly. 2 years later we came back, I saw a gorgeous coral pendant in the window and went in to try it on. We had Donna again; and at one point she said, you look familiar? I said well, we were here but a couple years ago. Then to my total surprise she said, didn’t you buy the petroglyph turtle pendant? We were floored! There is no shortage of jewelry stores in Maui(although many/most of them carry mass produced junk), but we’ll always come back here, for the great jewelry and Donna!
