Would give them zero stars if it was an option purely based on the customer service. I purchased a P.O.V Pole for my go pro at 1pm left the store to my hotel and realized I left one of the parts to my go Pro case at home in California. I walked back to the Quicksilver store 3 hrs later to return the pole that I could not use and a not nice employee refused to return the item. He said it looked like it had been opened and refused to return the $ 50 pole. The box and everything is in perfect condition. Exactly how I purchased it. I would appreciate a refund just like the receipt states.

Came in to do some shopping, and have to say the service(or lack thereof) was very undesirable. However, we found two swimsuits and went to pay. Before walking out I looked at my receipt and realized they had overcharged me for my swim top(priced on ticket at $ 34.50, charged on the register at $ 44.00). When I brought it to the clerk’s attention, he told me that they were tagged wrong and that $ 44 was the price I would have to pay, regardless of what the tag said. He then asked me if I wanted to return my whole purchase, almost $ 200 worth. When I asked him why he wouldn’t honor the price on the tag, he said that his store manager would want him to handle it this way. As a District Manager for a luxury brand, I would never instruct my stores to require a customer to pay other than what the marked price on the tag states, regardless of whether or not it was a mistake. And I can’t imagine that the Department of Weights and Measures would either. The clerk offered to let me speak to his store manager about the matter, but when I said yes, he then stated that his store manager wasn’t there and I would have to call at another time. Is business so good at Roxy in Whaler’s Village that they willingly turn away $ 200 sales? Poor decision Mahele, your store manager will be hearing from me.

Sadly they don’t participate in Quiksilver promotions, but the real kicker was the staffs inability to validate my parking when the only reason I came was to shop at Quiksilver for the sale. Headed to Volcom where the service is always excellent :)
