Subway

I stopped in for a quick sandwich. They weren’t real busy so it didn’t take too long. The sandwich was about what I expected at a Subway. Service was friendly.

They could not figure out how to scan my Subway app for my Subway gift card… I ended up having to pay with my own cash. The whole reason I came to subway was because I had a gift card

Let’s just state the obvious: This Subway is TERRIBLE. Employees are slow & very obviously do not have the slightest idea what customer service is. The store is filthy & unkempt. And the food… just awful.
The 2 employees working today just couldn’t seem to manage serving myself and 2 other customers. I was ignored for a few minutes until one of them finally asked me what I’d like to order. The workers had a really hard time juggling myself & the 2 guys ahead of me. I ended up paying before one of them, even though they were there first. And the guy ahead of me only ordered a meatball sub…
The kid that helped me acted like he had never made a sandwich before in his life. It took him forever to cut open an avocado. A brown avocado. That he proceeded to put all over my sandwich. He looks up at me when he’s done and says «anything else?» I asked him to please take the large chunks of brown avocado off my sandwich. He sighs super loud in my face, takes off ONE of the several pieces of brown avo, and adds a tiny sliver to replace what he took off. Let me make this clear to the owner/​manager of this Subway – if you are not training your employees to discard ROTTEN OR BRUISED FOOD, you have no business running an establishment that serves food.
The flatbread was very obviously old, as it was so tough I had trouble biting through it. The tomatoes were soft & mushy… shocker knowing they willing serve bad avocados. I am seriously disgusted that I paid almost $ 6 for a sandwich with old bread and bad veggies. And just in case the people that run this place actually do look at these reviews – I will be contacting corporate. Judging from the excessive amount of bad Unilocal reviews, it’s very clear I am not the only dissatisfied customer to leave this Subway.

I debated if I should even complain because after my visit I knew I would never be back to this store.
I decided to send this in hopes that others will benefit from my complaint.
I stopped at this store for breakfast and coffee the other morning. I requested mozzarella cheese the girl says they don’t have mozzarella cheese. I point at the mozzarella and she said that’s pizza cheese. I said that’s mozzarella and that’s what I wanted on my sandwich. She didn’t want to give it to me but did anyways. My coffee was cold and the creamers were warm. I asked for equal for my coffee she pointed at the empty area where creamer, sugar, equal and all other items should be, I told her there wasn’t any equal only 1 sugar packet. She asked me what equal was. I explained the blue packets. Then when I asked for a stir stick she called another employee (Luis) to come help me because she wanted to make sure she scolded him in front of me for not stocking the stir sticks. The produce was wilted. The tomatoes were old (and tasted bad). This store is so unorganized an dirty that I will NEVER step foot in this store ever again. I hope they get their act together!

Very slow service… attitudes are very poor. Sandwich making skills are very poor. Tomatoes are never fresh. I’ve been here a few times giving the benefit of the doubt. but they continue to disappoint. the day shift is the worst. evening shift is alright. Won’t be back.

Good sandwich …

The workers are very friendly, and they joke around with you. They’re patient when making your difficult sandwich and still keep a smile.
I like this subway, not because it’s the closest to my home. But because my experience here is always great! Other subways have not so friendly ladies who are stingy on the toppings and put mayo on your sandwich when you say NO MAYO! This usually happens every single time I go to other subways… Smh

I hate this subway! They over charged me a dollar. I was about to pee my pants and the bathroom was locked. Asked for they key and was told no. I had to run across the parking lot into the ralphs to use the restroom. Bad experience every time =(

I luv this subway next to ralphs. It has amazing customer service and the food is amazing and fresh. Everytime I go people are cleaning and they r always so nice to everyone.
The service is fast and they make my sandwich the way I luv it. Best subway in laguna hills and aliso viejo

I have never been to a Subway (next to the Mobil gas station) that has such bad customer service that I hesitate to think about entering the establishment. I have only been to this store a handful times but each times seems to get worse. Really? Can they not find someone that has a smile on their face when you enter and actually seem to care that you get your food the way you want it? I work around the corner and travel 10 minutes farther just to get to another Subway or Togo’s to ensure that I don’t have to deal with these people.

I have been eating at Subways a lot lately and this one makes me not ever want to go to another subway again. Someone needs to get in there and do some quality control ASAP. I have been told, «Do not go to the Subway by the High School». I was hungary and I only remembered after I had ordered.
From the moment you walk in everything is different… and not in a good way. Poor sandwich making, poor service, poor wrap, store could be cleaner. Not only did the sandwhich look like crap but it tasted like it. I bought the same sandwhich, the same day during the mid morning at another Subway, and I I was shocked at the difference. I do feel ripped off. It is a total disappointment.
If this store’s owner would like some help in correcting the issues I have seen let me know I’d be happy to help. Imagine all the money being lost because «that Subway sucks». Word of mouth is powerful and you are not utilizing the many positives of your business.

I am a fan of Subway as it is a great value for a great price. My wife and I split a $ 5 footlong sandwich jam packed with veggies and the meat of our choice. This particular place has bad service and you have to beg to get a decent amount of veggies on your sandwich.
When the highschool accross lets out for lunch the place is jammed and the service is slow. If you can, go to the Subway accross the I-​5 where the service is more typical for a Subway.

Not a big fan of this subway.
They take much longer than other subways around the area. and don’t seem to have a sense of urgency. When a line is getting backed up instead of helping the next person they will decide to refill things even when certain things aren’t even empty. Typically I will go in there will be one person ahead of me. They usually aren’t ordering much, and my order isn’t very complicated either. A half an hour later I will be leaving and there will be a line out the door because of how slow they are. They need to at least communicate to each other that people are in line and to come out from the back.
Portions are regular, nothing special or out of the way there. Its a shame, because its the closest location to where I live.

I decided to go there for a quick grab and try their flatbread. Since I know some people who work there, I get better portions. They are actually very nice to customers as well as being cleanly. My flatbread was filled with steak, swiss cheese, bacon, and spinach & artichoke dip. They are pretty generous in portions generally but of course I got an extra perk.
The sandwiches here are not bad once in a while. I do like their $ 5 footlong specials. For some odd reason, I really like Meatball Subs! The one here is not bad and I often crave it. I am normally not a big fan of sandwiches or fast food but this joint is not bad for service and quality. Had a cheap and delicious dinner finished off with Flaming Cheetos! lol O=9

This Subway is probably one of the Subways that I’ve been to. They always seem to be very busy, so the ingredients are usually very fresh. Depending on when you go, most of the people are pretty friendly and accommodating to your requests. I just had the Chicken Pizziola tonight, which is chicken and pepperoni with melted cheese and marinara sauce on toasted bread. Hmmm, I love melted cheese. :-)
