Subway

Honestly, Subway is the McDonald’s of sandwiches. There are so many better options for sandwiches out there… I don’t know why any self-​respecting person would subject themselves to a Subway sandwich. Just spend a couple extra bucks and get yourself a real sandwich.

Avoid at all costs! The most disorganized subway in the country. They hurry up and wait on you only to place your once hot sandwich on a counter as someone else that mans the register is chatting, waiting on someone else, or just not there at all (either physically or mentally). At the same time, the person that made your sandwich disappears to the back to play on his smart phone. This has happen three times in the row. I will never go back. I am writing to the franchise company in hopes they will revoke their license and replace it with someone that cares about Subway’s customers.

I want to say that I am blown away by the service I recently received from this subway location when I ordered food for a corporate meeting I had. They were extremely friendly, made sensible recommendations, delivered my food at no charge, and it was on-​time. The President of the company came to our office with the delivery to ensure all was as expected. I will certainly come back to this subway location and use them again for catering /​delivery service for corporate meetings. — Thank you for the A+ service, Karim. Good services is hard to find these days.

Supposed to be 24hours, I went in at 5am to be told they are closed. Shady staff. This has happened more than once. Wonder if the owners are aware.

This is the third time I am going to this subway for a chopped salad and every time I do, the servers are impatient and somewhat rude because you want your salad chopped. They make it worse by muttering under their breathe in Spanish. I will be taking my business somewhere else. This place has no customer service at all.

I don’t respect Subway for how they conduct business. Their food is full of sodium and not as healthy as they make it seem to be. Do yourself the favor and google «is subway bad for me?»

One of the better Subways in that it is always kept clean and they get my order right. Service is friendly and the sandwiches are prepared as you would expect. They are pretty quick and efficient so there is usually not a long wait like at other places.

Usually good, It’s hard to mess up a sandwich when taking orders one ingredient at a time, but the brownish avocado looked as if had been sitting there for a while before it was put into action on my turkey bacon avocado sandwich. I usually get one of 2 – 3 sandwiches whenever at a subway, Quiznos, Togos. Ect and something just didn’t taste right here today. Even the honey flavored tea that I usually drink tasted weird. Who knows, it could just be in my head… But this is MY review on MY experience and today was ²⁄₅ and I feel that’s being generous as this is the first 12″ sandwich I have not finished since I was 10 years old haha

This is a gem of a Subway. I know there are Subway haters out there, but if you like Subway, this is a great one. I have been there to get a turkey on wheat many times, and i have never seen it crowded or dirty. Service is fairly good, and the veggies are fresh!
Plus side: They almost always have Subway broc-​cheddar soup. Yummo.
Downside: As an subwaynista knows, broc-​cheddar soup is made especially great when you add some shredded cheese, and they charge a minimal amount for that.

This Subway needs some love (and a little star next to my name showing Allyson M wrote the first review!).
So, I just came from getting lunch here. It gets extra stars for being within walking distance from work and not being crowded.
I ordered a «BLT» and only now do I question why the guy asked me what I wanted on it. The lettuce looked gross (like the middle part that’s more yellow than any other color), so I got the spinach instead. Maybe I should have ordered a Bacon, Lettuce, Spinach, Ham and Tomato… Hehe…
I got it toasted on wheat bread. The bread is soft in the middle but crunchy (a stale kind of crunchy) on the outside. It’s still edible. I’m just gonna need to gulp down a jug of water to let the sawdust-​like texture go down.
Overall, it’s Subway. What more can be said?
Note: This one is located next to the Starbucks and liquor store/​deli (not to be confused with the one in Aliso Viejo Town Center). Sometimes I’m just tempted to have a liquid lunch (of the latter store). I’m having a somewhat good day, so maybe next time (which could be in a few hours or tomorrow).
