Best bar in town. Wonderful wait staff and bar service. Truly an amazing place with people who genuinely care for you.

Awful service. If you want more than 1 drink per hour, don’t even try to come here. Waitress has not checked on us for about an hour now. Terrible food, decently price drinks(if you ever get them). Doubt I’ll be back.

Food was ok nothing special that only reason that I’m giving this place 2 stars, worst service ever !! It took her 15 mins to get me a beer and never checked on us I had to go to the bar and ask for second drink, I don’t recommend this bar to anybody.

So I will start by saying that the only reason that I am giving this place two stars is because of the bartender and the food. First we sat at the bar while waiting on the rest of our party. The bartender was amazing she was friendly and attentive! Then we moved to eat and play pool, the server was so rude and disrespectful! She had a huge attitude and was to busy on her phone to take our order. I am a bartender at a very nice establishment so for the service to be this poor really gets under my skin! Needless to say we left and are now going somewhere els because of the horrible server.

Ew. Long list of beers, but my boyfriend had tried most at other local bars(so nothing somewhere else didn’t have). But high gravity beers were insanely expensive. Service wasn’t great, took our waitress forever to get back to us. Food was terrible. Ordered the beer cheese appetizer and waited 15 or 20 minutes for pre frozen bad pretzels and cold beer cheese. I mean completely cold. Had 2 beers and pretzels and paid 17. Not worth it. Plus the place isn’t as well kept up as it should be. Never going back.

This place f***ing rocks! Service and food are amazing. The servers are hot(&friendly). I love this place cause it’s chill, and open 11am-3am everyday. Try their VOL bombs for $ 4… delicious. Great place to unwind after work for all you service industry people. HIGHLYRECOMMEND:)

Saw reviews after I sat down and ordered w a coworker. Should’ve walked out instead of being courageous. No medals of valor handed out here! Wings were old, crunchy and small! Like they killed sickly baby chicks, not full grown healthy chickens. Pizza(black beans w chicken, etc) sucked! The sodas sucked and you could taste the skimping on the fountain syrup. Back to the chicken wings; the blue cheese was spoiled and the carrots were water-logged. They obviously are not turning over the food inventory here. Drink only if you dare but don’t eat here. One more thing, the entire place is smoke friendly so you have to chew smoke while eating. F#%@ this place!!! You have really been warned!

I came later at night to meet some friends that were already there for hours. I ordered some wings and a pitcher of beer to share with my wife. The wings were horrible. They were cold, obviously they were done for 10+ minutes before they arrived. Was not impressed by the wings, but they did have a good beer selection, but some were really pricey for draft pitchers. Service & food was unmemorable.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile since returning to California from Tennessee. I went to Bearden Hill Fieldhouse when visiting my hometown of Knoxville. I was happy to find this location in West Knoxville had been converted into a cool pub with an awesome selection of brews(probably over 50 or so) from all over the world. Plus, the service was really good. The bartenders and waiters were quick and friendly. Finally, the food was tasty pub yum at a reasonable price. All of these things, coupled with the fact that it is owned locally(not some corporate conglomerate so popular in West Knoxville), make me give this place five stars. Buy local. Imbibe global.

Service was really bad. When we first arrived it was crazy busy so I was sympathetic towards our waiter. But even after it cleared out he was slower than dirt. Hummus platter and club salad was good.

Decent drink menu with a number of craft beers on tap and a large selection of bottled beers as well as a full bar. They recently simplified their menu. Everything I’ve had was good, particularly the thai shrimp sandwich. They also have a number of unusual and tasty sides, my favorite is the roasted roots. They have trivia which is what I have visited the bar/restaurant.

This place is GREAT for drinks. The bar has several international and domestic beers including a long list of ciders. There are also 9 million TVs, so you can sit in any place and watch a game. I was there to watch UT play Florida, and I was able to watch the tragedy from every angle. It was a sad night for the Vols. I only ate fries, but my friend ordered an obviously straight from the freezer chicken finger basket. They looked dry and very bowling alley foodish. He didn’t enjoy them, but did finish them. So if you go, I would say eat first and then arrive here for the TVs, atmosphere, and beer.

We went last night and we were really disapointed. We started out with a couple of beers that really should have been colder but I can live with that. We then moved on to some ceso dip that came nuked with a burn film on top. It was actually okay. We went down hill from here. My wife got the Won Ton salad. It came with no won tons and were told«Oh yeah, were out of those.» The chicken appeared to be boiled and pulled and not like any salad we have bought before. My wife gave up half way in. I got a blue cheese burger that came on a Kroger bun and, unlike other places, was much smaller than the bun. The burger must have been sitting for a while as the bottom bun was wet and soggy – maybe from being so thin to begin with. An them on to the mac and cheese – oh the humanity! It was straight from the Robor Orr Cisco can an nuked in the oven or microwave. They added some croûton crumbles and nuked it again. It litteraly had no flavor. The wife noted«it your not eating mac and cheese than it must really be bad!». We paid our money, said never again and hit the road to drink at the Casual Pint. If you want a quick beer, this will do. We wished we would have checked Unilocal before we went. Lesson learned! Note to staff: Flavor your meat. Don’t cook it bland and some spice to it after the fact. Maybe watch a few episodes of Resturant Impossible to get some tips on flavoring your food.

Tried it three times. Nice beer selection. Wings weren’t particularly good. Fried Pickles and Rings(banana peppers) were pretty good. A super large serving. But I won’t be back. They are currently running a grand opening special for the entire month with happy hour prices all the time. They advertise all domestic draft beers for $ 2. Was in a couple of weeks ago and got a Fat Tire. Nice. Was in today and they were out of Fat Tire(and a few others) and so I ordered a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. When the bill came it was $ 3 rather than $ 2. I asked the waiter and he checked with the bartender who maintained that it was not a «domestic» but rather a craft. Last time I checked California(home of Sierra Nevada Brewery) was still in the United States and hence its beers are, by definition, domestic. The signage didn’t say anything about good domestic beers being excluded. Bad management.

Atmosphere was awkward. No music and no sound on the tv’s during March Madness games… we were there mid-day…but still. Food was lukewarm and just sort-bland. The fried pickles and pepper were good though. Food wasn’t terrible but it didn’t make me want to go back. We went on St. Patrick’s day for lunch and they had green beer but that was about the extent of being«festive». Probably will not return. It reminds me of eating in a cold empty warehouse or something to that effect. They did have a large beer selection. That was a plus.

Here is my opinion: Strength’s: 1. Location 2. Full Bar 3. Large Menu 4. Pool Tables Weaknesses: 1. It’s extremely bright with neon lights all up in your face 2. It’s wide open with no where to hide 3. It has the feel of a Game Room met Cici’s pizza 4. It looks like it belongs on Campus, next to Tin Roof or Cool Beans I have found myself here several times because of the location(It used to be called Nature’s Pantry — a health food store). There are plenty of TVs if that’s what you are looking for. The beer is always cold and the staff is friendly. You can decide what you think, for me I’m just in the middle. Cheers & Enjoy!
