Perfect dive bar. Non-smoking. Small neighborhood hangout. Good food, good beer and liquor selection, good prices. The best thing about this bar is the waitress. Gabby is a fantastic waitress/bartender. She should open a waitress/bartender training school. She was on top of everything, anticipating everyone’s needs. If you smoke, you have to step out onto the patio. My wife and I really like this place.

You know what? I know. I didn’t check in as I was disconnected over the weekend, but I definitely came here and I have pictures to prove that I was here! This place was awesome. I came here on a Sunday to watch my Panthers play against the Titans and was this place an amazing spot to watch it. The great beers that are on tap and great prices and friendly atmosphere made this place worth it for me. I think this place is definitely going to be on my go to bars if I ever just want to chill and hang out. Twisted Mike’s is definitely low-key. It’s neatly tucked behind a Hardee’s and you’ll definitely drive by it if you’re not looking for it. I loved the atmosphere. Talked to the Bar tender Casey until he left and a couple other people that go there. I decided to come here over Carolina Ale House as I didn’t want a crazy crowd and all that extra stuff. I ordered not only their beer but their chili cheese dog as well as their 1⁄3 cheese burger. What did I think? I wish that their cheese burger had some lettuce on it, but hey I can’t have everything right? I’ll take the beer over it though, that coffee milk stout that they have on tap right now was so bomb! Anyways, this place will definitely be on my list if I want to go to a bar. I just have to make sure they have the games I want to watch on tv. One thing to note, they don’t have the NFL package this year(2015 – 2016). Happy Hour is my shit here. $ 3 crafts?! $ 2 domestics. But $ 3CRAFTS?! WHAT? Unheard of. This is definitely my place now as far as bars goes. I’ll be back for more.

I’ve been here twice now, once on Poker Night and then again on a Saturday. And I have to admit, I went in on Saturday hoping for the Poker Night feeling, but did not get it, and turned around and left. Strobing lights and rap will make me turn tail and run almost every time I’m looking for a chill night. I would give this place a 3 and wander off in hopes of better times elsewhere, but I want to head back for pint night on Monday! So a 4 for now, because I’m coming back, and here’s to a future Monday, you skitzo little bar!

Bob B. Twisted Mikes is a true ‘find’. It’s the ‘Cheers’ of West Knoxville where everybody knows your name and is super friendly. The bartenders are the best, drinks are generous, food is great. Plus there’s music, poker, karaōke, lots going on mid evenings. I’ve made this my ‘home away from home’.

I’ve been here twice, both times for The Left Hand Comedy Open Mic at 9 pm. No cover for the show, no minimum drink purchase and if you’re a comic, the house will give you one draft beer on the house. This is a cool little spot, I would describe it as somewhere between a dive and sports bar, youngish crowd for the most part, super friendly and efficient bar tender, Lauren, who takes good care of you. They do have food and always have great drink specials, I’ve been able to get Sierra Nevada Pale Ale bottles for three bucks which can’t be beat. They have a patio too if you wanna step out and have a smoke. Nice place to watch a game, they draw a pretty good crowd for comedy too which is cool. I’ll definitely be returning to this place in the future!

This is a friendly little neighborhood bar with a decent selection of beer and liquor. The place is super clean and the staff is the nicest in town. They all know your name and your drink after just a couple of visits. They have a great food menu and everything I’ve tried off of it has been fantastic and high quality. The bar is non-smoking on the inside but has a very nice patio outside for smoking. They usually have games set up for people to play as well. They usually have some sort of entertainment be it live music, comedy, or poker depending on the night. Give it a shot. It’s the best bar out west and is definitely the most welcoming and friendly bar in the city.

Great little dive bar! This place used to be called Ale House(I can think of at least 5 names this place has been in the last 15 years). They have a full bar and friendly bartenders. It is a non-smoking bar, which seems to be rare in the late night scene. They close at 1:00 so they aren’t open as late as some bars around town. They serve food like wings, potato wedges, or pretzels, etc. They also have a good size patio where you can get some fresh air. They have corn hole set up outside. They usually have fun entertainment too, like karaōke but I’m not sure what nights they do that on. If you are craving a cold one then wander in here as it is tucked behind the Hardee’s off Kingston Pike in a small little shopping center in West Hills. I know you will appreciate its charm as much as I do. Check out their Happy Hour specials too! Cheers & Enjoy!
