If you like a lot of flies and water that taste like my grandmothers toilet water then you will love this place.

Tricky to find the entrance, it’s not on the main street but off to the side behind the gas station. Easy to miss. Drive through was empty when I arrived, and they got my vegetarian substitutions correct without skimping. Fast, efficient, and consistent. Just what you expect from a Tbell.

Fast food restaurants around this area can get packed. Located at a popular stopping area after a road trip, this Taco Bell gets packed. Pros: 1. Bathrooms 2. Food is average 3. Service is average Cons: 1. Can be busy 2. If busy, not enough tables

On top of the horrible wait the cashier screwed up our order! Not worth the hassle going here I would just take another exit for Taco Bell.

Best experience I have ever had at a fast food. The lady who helped me out was named Maria and she was so nice and friendly. She brought out our food which she didn’t have to and the food had the perfect amount of ingredients in it. Just perfect. My favorite place to go when on the road.

Dang this Taco Bell & Pizza Hut Express was bang’in with business on a Sunday afternoon at around 4:30PM! The parking lot was full, the drive thru had a line, and the inside was packed!!! Jack In The Box next door seemingly wasn’t busy at all their drive thru was empty… Taco Bell taking all of their business!!! haha. Waited in a fairly decent line, I mean the people in front of us had specific and special orders so it took a while. They wanted things taken out of their specific items they ordered. The cashier Maria was friendly and worked a mere slow place, but thatv was because she wanted to make sure she got the orders correct. She even went to make some of the orders herself, the ones that the customers wanted specific things taken out of their specific item. That’s pretty good service to make sure it gets done right! I ordered 4 Crunchy Tacos and a Regular Strawberry Starbust Drink. The drink only costs $ 1 because we came during Happy Hour which is from 2PM — 5PM everyday, which is a bargain! Despite this place being busy and in Kettleman City, I was surprised that my Crunchy Tacos were actually made pretty good. Here at this location, each taco had good amounts of filling. Which was surprising… didn’t expect that at a location on 1 – 5. They put a pretty good amout of cheese, meat, veggies and the taco shells weren’t cracked. The tacos even seemed better than my Taco Bells by my house… The condiement section was running out of straws, I got like the second to last one! They had plenty of sauces and forks though. This Taco Bell isn’t the cleanest but being on 1 – 5 and in Kettleman City, what can you expect? It was super busy but they had plenty of staff working! Pizza’s from Pizza Hut are also available here! :)

Slowest drive through ever. Day after christmas, tons of drivers on I-5 and they were unprepared. The line was out the door. We went to the drive through as there were only 5 cars. Took 30 minutes to order! We will) make sure to skip this one in the future.

This is the place that you go when In-N-Out Burger has a line out the door.

I guess you have no choice if your on the 5 and want Taco Bell. I don’t hold a Taco Bell off HW5 at the same standards as most larger populated city locations. This one however is pretty bad. Dirty restroom, slow service and quality. Needs a lot of improvement in my opinion

An OK place considering it is on that dreadful strip on I-5 between LA and the Bay Area. It is not gourmet, but worth the stop for some pretty good food.

What’s with the water here? Tasted so bad even the soda could not hide it. Chlorine and something else… I just tossed my drink. Others were complaining about it too. I like Taco Bell, but this one’s got some issues — steer clear!

Staff was rude. Barely even looked at us as my sister and I were ordering. We were the only ones in there too. Food tasted like Taco Bell’s food so I was at least pleased with that!

Pretty clean Taco Bell considering the area! Stopped in for a snack while driving back to LA. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were very clean so I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of tables to choose from but the music in the background was too loud so that was annoying. Bean burrito was good but the soft chicken taco was way too salty. It filled me up and helped me keep on driving though!

Beware … They don’t take coupons that state for participating locations. Also under staffed, and slow. Don’t reward this Taco Bell with your business. Cleanliness is an opportunity as well.

I’m a die hard for Taco Bell. This location saved me, I hadn’t eaten most of the day. Since I’m a vegetarian, a lot of the fast food locations don’t work out for me, unless I want a ton of grease sitting in my belly(french fries). Nah, I’ll pass. This T-Bell, tasted pretty good. Not super fancy. But did it’s job.

This Taco Bell is disgusting. It is very dirty, and smells awful. The bathrooms are filthy. The floors are caked with gross caked-on filth. It looks like they have not cleaned the place in months. If they allow the rest of the restaurant to look and smell so bad, what must the kitchen be like? And the employees are clearly unhappy — unfriendly and disgruntled The bean/cheese/rice burritos were terrible: very spicy fake cheese — like bad Velveeta. We have eaten these at other Taco Bells and they taste just fine. The Cantina Burrito(vegetable) was a joke. And they cost over $ 4.75 each. The tortilla was toasted but the inside was basically lettuce in a corn sauce. Given the conditions of the restaurant and employee indifference, we decided not to eat the burritos after a few bites. We figured the corn sauce might have sat on the counter for days… We spent $ 14.36, and only ate two 99-cent Cheese Rollups because they were the only things palatable enough to choke down. We dumped the food, and exited the freeway 40 miles up the road where we purchased dinner #2(not at Taco Bell)! Avoid this place. There are tons of other fast food places, including In N Out, right nearby.
