My dine-in lunch experience was A-OK. The service was friendly, and the dining area was clean, but the fries had too much salt.

Great service! Super nice staff and very speedy. It may just be a Wendy’s, but it’s a darn good Wendy’s! Also, the fondue fries are fon-tastic!

My wife and I were looking for a quick meal to-go and decided to go to this Wendy’s. The drive-thru was busy, so we went inside. Lots of people waiting. Got our order put in, a simple one of large fries, small Frosty, and 299 cent chicken sandwiches. Took 10 minutes for us to get our order because they only had 1 person making sandwiches/burgers and a lot of people standing around. As someone who typically likes Wendy’s fries, I know they have a shelf life. They can very quickly go from nice and crispy to a soggy mess. These were already soggy by the time I got them. Plus, I didn’t realize how small their small Frosty was. This will be our last visit. Very slow service.

By far the slowest and unprepared Wendy’s in Kansas City. Staff is unpleasant and incompetent. This location needs am overhaul in management and staff. Waiting 20 minutes for ‘fast food’ is ridiculous. ZERO Customers Service. The only reason they got one star, is Unilocal would not allow me to give no stars.

I hate to admit it but I am a frequent flyer at this fast food restaurant. I love their salads! Go in on Tina’s shift, she is a professional manager and seems to keep the place whipped into shape. I think she just works evenings, that is when I see her there and I have never had any problems on her watch. Thanks Tina, for excellent and friendly customer service! It really makes a difference…

We took two of our grandsons here for dinner after little league tonight. The cashier was very nice and made sure our order was correct. The good part was over at that point. The dining room was filthy. We couldn’t find a clean table or booth. I had to get napkins, wet them, and wipe down a table. There was food and debris all over the floor. I was actually shocked. And, to boot, our sandwiches were not hot and the buns weren’t even warm. One order of fries was cold, the order they brought out when ready was hot. The Frostys were great. But I will never bring my family here again. I am in the food safety profession and this was disgusting.

This Wendy’s is TERRIBLE!!! I have attempted to eat here 3 times and had horrible experiences all 3 times. The first time, my burger was so incredibly greasy that it dripped down my arm. I thought«wow, that’s gross.» But what do you expect from Fast Food? It was the greasiest/most poorly-made Wendy’s food I have ever had, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. So, I tried going there a 2nd time about 6 months later. We pulled into the drive through line which was extremely long, and we waited. And waited. And waited. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting, we had enough of the drive through and decided to go in. When we walked in, we were told they were out of burgers. REALLY? How does that happen at a burger place? The employees were really rude, which made me extra irritated. The fact that we had just waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and still left empty handed really made me mad. Finally, about 6 months after that(and as a last resort), I attempted this Wendy’s for a third time. This time I noticed people were pulling up to the drive through and then quickly driving away. When it was my turn, I saw a crappy paper sign that said their credit card machine was broken and they were only accepting cash. I understand that unfortunate things happen every now and then, but after 3 tries, this Wendy’s has officially struck out in my book. Never Again!!!

I hate giving this place even one star. Customer service means absolutely nothing to the people who work here. I have had SEVERAL bad experiences in the last year, mainly involving a hateful manager named David. They think its ok to close at 12:50 and ignore you at the window til 1:01, THEN tell you they are closed. I called to tell the general manager about what happened and he literally said«thanks for the feedback man». Not ‘sorry’. So I called corporate. They didn’t seem to care either. Bottom line, this Wendys has been there since I was a kid, and I have spent thousands of dollars here. I have never had such crappy customer service, and I will NEVER eat at a Wendys again Shame on you!
