Honest, fast, and best price. In my line of work, I do a lot of market research to find out what others experiences have been, the time it takes to complete the job, and cost comparisons. These guys treated us very well and were honest. We had our iPad2 fixed in an hour and a half and it was at a better rate than the top rated competitors in the northland. Based on our experience, we would recommend Digital Doc. We will definitely be going back as I’m sure we will crack that iPad screen for a 3^rd time.

So, unfortunately for the SECOND time in less than a week, my son cracked his screen. Seriously WTH. Sadly for him, he has to pay for it. Again. The first time (last week that is) I found a person who would come to you, late on a Saturday evening, and get it fixed. AWESOME. So I thought. I found out today when going to Digital Docs, that I most likely got a little ripped off by my other guy. Grrrrrrrrr.
The guys at Digital Docs took one look at my sons phone, told me EXACTLY what it would cost. No up charges. No hidden extra charges. The phone was busted open, screen jacked up and glass shattered. It was still cheaper to fix all of that nonsense than it was last week just for the screen.
Digital Docs is owned by a cool dude named Vincent who is actually there doing the repairs. He was easygoing and professional and upfront about my last repair job elsewhere. They said they’d have it fixed in 15 minutes. What?! Awesome since the last repair took about an hour and I thought that was fast!

Digital Doc has fixed 2 problem phones for me in the last two months. Both of them were out of warranty at At&t and their only fix was to get a new phone or have it repaired and At&t didn’t do repairs. I took a Samsung Galaxy S3 that would not charge in to Digital Doc and it was fixed in 20 minutes. The charge port connections were broken and needed to be soldered. A common problem apparently. The repair was both quick and reasonable. The also repaired another charge port on a Nokia 920 that needed to be fully replaced. The repair was done in the quoted time and ended up being under the estimate. In both cases I could not have been more pleased. The owner of the business is there and was very helpful. Not that I look forward to electronics breaking but if they do Digital Doc is the first place I will stop.
