Slower than average service. Less an average quality food. On the plus side a huge variety of drinks and really cheap.

I am beginnings to believe that all the KC area sonics are going downhill. It tool them 10 minutes to answer the intercom and take my order. Store is not slammed with biz. One employee is outside talking on her cell phone. It took a full 10 minutes to get my order after I ordered. Race it out… really

Ordered a Sonic Blast and payed for it at the drive-up order box. I patiently waited 10 – 15 mins and I finally pushed the button to ask where my order was. Once they realized they had forgotten about me manager came out to my car and took my order again. He quickly brought my blast out, apologized, and gave me some coupons. Once I got home and looked closer at the coupons I realized they have been expired since 2014. That’s two years ago!

I ordered a large Butterfinger Blast and didn’t find ANY Butterfinger in the top 6 inches of the Blast. It kinda pissed me off, so I had a. manager come out and look at it he said it was made according to procedure, and asked me if I wanted another one. I said no because it still wouldn’t be made correctly. How hard is it to understand that there should be Butterfinger mixed in through the ENTIRE drink? It’s BS to expect the customer to eat the top third of their Blast and then mix in the candy. If I wanted a DIY project, I could have got ice cream and a Butterfinger from the grocery store. Should have gone to Dairy Queen… at least they know what they’re doing.

Sonic, quick, good burgers made to order, add in the extras and it’s a good solution for the hunger problem. Burgers are burgers, but add in real onions and tomatoes, and they’re better than the«fast» food guys. I love Sonic for one reason… ONIONRINGS… as a connoisseur of OR, I’ve had them everywhere, and they have some of the best. My kids like the kamikaze slushies, all the flavors mixed together at once, and the tater tots. Sonic has lots of options for a quick bite, too many to list, but all worth a try. If Sonic is your next dining option, staying there or driving thru, enjoy… I know lots of people like to eat in their car. If you decide to stay, they’ll run it out to the car… but don’t forget to tip…

I give 3 stars to the restaurant but 5 stars to the franchise owners, I find people would rather complain than review on Unilocal.OK fine but there is a number and an email address on the receipt. If you don’t like something, contact them, I did and the issue was resolved and has never happened again. Try to see if the establishment even knows there is a problem, they read Unilocal and others but it looks like at this sonic they want to know

The people there are very rude. My cream slush is all melted and gross and not mixed up. They never ask me if I want a drink carrier when I ask for more then one drink. GOTO A DIFFERENTSONICTHISONEISHORRIBLE I WOULDNTGIVETHEMANYSTARSIF I COULD.

One would think with all the first time drivers and drunks that frequent this 1950s Happy Days throwback they would position those menu beacons a little further apart. Afterall, I’m not trying to land a F-15 on a aircraft carrier in the Indian Ocean, I just want a hotdog. I swear everytime I pull in there I vision my high school drivers ed teacher popping out of nowhere with a pen and clipboard evaluating my skills. Onto the food. Eh. its ok. I usually only go there to order a drink(Cherry Limeaid woo hoo can I get a witness?). But since I’m already in the area, I find myself skimming over the colorful menu(since it is at the end of my nostril anyway) and I cave-in to my hunger and snag something I can sink my teeth into excluding the fries.(Sonic and Burger King fries are identical in the sense that they are both lousy). Seriously, if you want to do it right swing thru Wendys for your burger McDonalds for your fries and Sonic for your beverage.

I love their array of drinks, shakes, blizzards, etc. On the burger front they don’t stand out. For chain burgers I’d go with Wendys over Sonic. They also don’t offer much for the person looking for a healthier meal. They have some salads, but again I think you’ll get a better deal at Wendys. But if you’re looking for a tasty treat Sonic is a great place. This location does have a drive-thru.
