Yummy yummy bakery items!!! Tried the lilloki pie… very good. Had some to die for little round cookies filled with coconut, sweet potatoe or Apple. So good!!! Stop in for a treat!!!

Service has gone downhill big time! There has been numerous occasions we are asked to hold (on phone) only to be forgotten. Always new workers that need more training! Sad! We use to visit this place a few times a week. Then we noticed the service getting worse and worse, food quality going down…

Drove there just for the Lilikoi pie. I needed an entire pie. No could do as they were sold out by 1pm. Just individual pieces. Bought two pieces plus a chocolate cream pie. Well why not?
Okay, I heard about how scrumptious this pie was from someone in my water aerobics class that mentioned the pie crust was made out of shortbread. Well it was. A big hit here at Kiahuna. Worth the drive.
This location also has breakfast and lunch. Lots of pastries that look awesome. Highly recommend.

Samples, samples samples!!! Everything was delicious. This was on our daily trips, while on vacation. The workers were so pleasant, food was awesome and shave ice was available too. We had it all. This was definitely a favorite of ours!

If you’re looking for something to bring back to your friends and family on the mainland – other than those darn chocolate-​covered macadamia nuts – check out Kauai cookies. We only grabbed the cookies and didn’t try anything else, so I can’t say how their food or other sweets are. Self serve samples of the cookies are available, so you can try all the flavors before you buy them. The cookies are also reasonably priced, at about $ 3-​$ 4 per small box. The rooster cookies (guava-​lilikoi) are especially delicious and make really cute souvenirs!

Came here for their manju! Four flavors: apple (most popular), coconut, red bean, and sweet potato. My fave was red bean and sweet potato! $ 1 a piece. Super good! Worth the drive. Will be back next time we go to Kauai.

Oh yeah! Cooooookies. I liked that they had samples of all the cookies! The drawback was that this is an outlet with stuff in packages but they did have some fresh stuff in the case. You have to try the pink butter cookie macaroon! Tasty. :)

If your looking for a quick stop make this your choice even if it’s just for a Delicious dessert.
We had lunch a cheese burger which was tender and juicy. Husband had a teriyaki ribeye burger, was good the teriyaki was a little over powering from the ribeye.
The blueberry dessert was out of this world, rich, buttery and satisfying to the last crumb. Got some cookies to take home.

Great place to eat and buy desserts. The restaurant is located in a convenient area, on Kaumuali’i Hwy. The store is clean, the staff are friendly. Service may be slow, by hey, this is Kauai! :) Prices are reasonable. We ordered an iced coffee (good), bento (great) and macaroons for desert (assorted type — good). The menu has a good selection. We grabbed a bunch of cookie packets for our way home. I recommend that you stop by and check out what they have.

We were there this past weekend. At first we were excited to find it was not only a coffee shop but a deli mini store.
Disappointed because the service was terribly slow. I had the LocoMoco, my hubby had the breakfast platter w/​Portuguese sausage, rice, 2 sunny side up eggs and a pancake on the side. My hamburger was under cooked for me. My hubby had to ask about his second egg that was not on the plate when served and the pancake was as good as mcdonalds. When asked about the mistakes on our order the employee had told us. The restaurant was having employment issues.
Negative on: Service, efficiency, friendliness, food preparation.
Hopefully soon they hire a good breakfast cook to improve the business.

Been here several times. ordered dinner around 5:50…told the counter person I would run an errand and be right back. When I returned 25 minutes later, the young woman (same person who took my order) couldn’t find my order. She asked me who took my order… when I said she did. she gave me a look like she could care less. Seems that she didn’t process my order. I had to wait till 6:35 to finally get my food.
So disappointing that the customer service is horrible… food is good. Place could use some cleaning too… interior looks very disorganized and cluttered…

Hubby and I ordered plates to share: the Korean Chicken and the Teri Chicken Fried Noodles. The Korean Chicken was good but I’m raving about the Fried Noodles. Growing up in Hawaii, I’ve had more than my fair share of fried noodles. These were the best! Perfect consistency and loads of flavor. It’s EXACTLY like a grandma would make. They have a good variety of hot items you can order and cold grab n go. They have a cute gift shop with specialty items you won’t find in the stores.

An «Assorted Duo Family Pack» of Kauai Kookies’ is a great omiyage idea!
Your happy coworkers will have a hard time deciding between the four tasty flavor options: macadamia, chocolate chip, guava and Kona coffee.
As the price was reasonable ($ 14 for 20 packets), I wish I had purchased my own «Family Pack.» I also should have stopped at KK’s Hanapepe location instead of this one because they have even MORE cookies.

It was ok. I didn’t know coffee was self serve so when I ordered the lady rudely plunked down the cups, raised her eyebrows and told me «self serve.» Coffee was good. It was weird most of the staff seemed to be sitting around eating or going through boxes and stocking in the middle of the day. Usually that’s done when customers aren’t around. Had the manju, very dry and not worth getting. Hapiua chocolate pie wasn’t my thing but the family liked it. Eh, I would stop in for coffee but that’s about it.

Cookies are so yummy. If you like shortbread this is the cookie for you! There are flavors that aren’t available on the mainland. Like the bonzai and the rocky road cookies. I was hungry so I decided to order some food as well. The food is meh. My Saimin was too salty and not enough broth. The Haupia pie tho! So good. They use their cookies to make the crust. Must stop in to buy treats for home if you are in town.

the staff is very friendly and can help you locate what you’re looking for. my mom sent me here to pick up their coffee macadamia nut cookies while headed out west.
they’re baked fresh and are a great treat to bring home to your friends & family on the mainland.
you can find their products in many, many stores across the island and even on the mainland, but your best bet is picking them up here, on kauai!

A convenient shop that sells bake goods and saimin.
We stopped here on our way to poipu for a snack. The store was small with a few tables to eat at but the tables and floor was not clean at all! We ended up just buying some cookies and leaving. The staff was slow and not very helpful. The cookies were very tasty tho and there was a variety to choose from.
