Horrible customer service. I had an issue with my order, I contacted their customer service line. They were RUDE, acted as if they could careless about my problem. The lady Sarah who is their «customer service rep» was practically laughing and almost sounded like she enjoyed the fact that there was a conflict.
As I tried to explain my concerns the lady laughed and hung up on me. I called back a few times and no one picks up their line.
I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Don’t bother giving this place a penny. They are not deserving.

I bought small cross body purse. I paid cash briefly read the return policy and noted you had seven days to return it. Took it to were I was staying and what I need to have fit in it didn’t. Went back about three hours later to return it for a refund and was told only store credit or an exchange would be done. I should have read the policy that was by the register but didn’t realize that was what it was. When I questioned the policy I was told that it was already in the system… duh!!! Not a cool way to do business. So since I do not live here I was forced to get something else. This little boutique sucks!!!

I have gone to the beach store and bought a pair of earrings for $ 74 for my daughter in law. Thought they were expensive and not even sterling. Decided I would like a little smaller pair and ordered them from San Marco. When they came in. they were $ 45 Ta lke to the owner and she didn’t know why. They were almost the same size. I asked if I could exchange for smaller and was told no. I feel like I have been cheated out of $ 30. Will not go back and she didn’t care at all.

Great selection of distressed and alternative pieces! Everything is so well put together! I got a bad ace faux leather jacket and it fits perfect! I can’t wait to shop here again!

I have visited this boutique about 5 times, I have purchased 2 times. Every single time I go in there, the saleswoman (with the dog) is so rude. She doesn’t greet a single customer or ask if they need assistance. You are better off going to olive right across the street. You will get FAR better service!

This is by far the best clothing boutique in Jacksonville! They have everything from cute clothes and shoes to undergarments, jewelry, and great gift ideas. They even started carrying CatBird jewelry which I’ve been missing so desperately since moving to Jacksonville from Brooklyn. The staff is super friendly and helpful — and always willing to contact you when something comes in that they know is just your style. Love this place! :)

Rosie True is another one of San Marco’s upscale boutiques, but I have to say this one is my favorite.
They have a great selection of hippie-​chic inspired clothing. I love perusing their flowing dresses, the tunic tops, vivid prints, use of turquoise and purple and orange and red and blue [the clothes are organized by colors — very visually appealing], and they have a great selection of jeans and shorts.
Their clothes are a little bit on the high end and a cotton dress will cost somewhere around $ 125+, but it’s always worth it. The quality is really nice and the styles are unique and not something you could easily find for a bargain.
They also have a great selection of trinkets/​housewares. I love giving their hand towels, cups, buttons, candles, etc as gifts for birthdays or Christmas, and they are reasonably priced for how cute they are.
Make sure to check out their jewelry and don’t forget the sale rack! You can always find some great deals there.
