I’m a resident of the northside and this was the first time I had went to this store. I met Shaun who was the most professional salesman ever! He excelled in customer service relations. I had many questions pertaining to a phone update, but he took his time, explaining every option and not pressuring me to make a decision. His customer service even extend beyond his position. As I was leaving, I discovered my son had unintentionally ran my battery down in my car. Shaun was getting off, but was nice enough to take me to the store to get jumper cables and then give me (a stranger) a jump using his 3 day old brand new sports car. Talking about IMPRESSED!!! My business will be with Shaun and this location from now on. Like they say «it doesn’t get any better than that!!!»

Went in to this location to pay a bill and was helped promptly and as I was taking care of this the sales rep saw that I could save money for the same services I already had. This is the first time Verizon was trying to save me money. What a great experience. I will only do business with them.

This store sucks really bad. I went last year for my boyfriend to get on my plan and I was convinced to get a new phone. Stupid mistake. The representative told me he would return my old phone back to corporate with the Edge program. Alas my phone came back to me in January stating they didn’t receive it within 14 days. In the last three months the representative and the store have been no help at all and giving me incorrect information like keeping the phone. So since I’ve listened to them I’m past due and no credit on my account. I finally got to return my phone today so I can hopefully get the credit. Avoid this store like the plague!

Lost phone, ordered a replacement through my insurance went into the store to inquire about purchasing a cheap phone for a temp replacement. I was told the cheapest phone they had was $ 200, the employee working there had an old phone and said I could use it until my new phone came him. I can’t say enough of how thankful I am for Mr. Warren letting me use his phone. When I received my new phone was helped promptly to get it activated. Have nothing but good things to say about this store.

Waiting waiting waiting for a sales associate to talk to me. This store is understaffed. This is the second time I’ve been here, waiting. The guy after me walked out without being helped. Come here if you like waiting for help and have a few hours to burn.
