This Gamestop was my video game store of choice for years, going back to when they first moved into this shopping center. I had no problems until Modern Warfare 3 released. I picked up my pre-order and brought it home. I went to play the game and it started skipping and would not play. It was clearly defective. I took it back to this store, where they told me that I could not exchange it or get my money back for it. Their own company policy states that you have up to 30 days to replace the game. Instead of honoring their policy, the store associate wrote down the address of a local business that could«fix» my defective disc. Fed up, I called another local Gamestop and explained the situation. The store associate that I talked to expressed his sincere apologies and asked me to come right down to his store where he replaced my game.
