Zaxby’s

This review is on the drive thru service from 24 June and the ZENSATION SALAD!
First of all, WHY would Zaxby’s take away the Zensation Salad? That was the only reason I went to Zaxby’s. Word to Corporate: Do NOT remove the Zensation salad from the menu again!

That was probably the fastest I’ve gone from ordering to driving up to the window to getting my Zensation Salad! Service was excellent! Keep up the good work!

This review isn’t about the food, the food is always great! Always made to order meaning it’s always fresh!
This review is about the older gentleman, Robbie!!! He is the reason I will be going to this location from now on! He is so sweet, funny, and kind! He does his job amazingly! He is the textbook example of great customer service and this is a fast food place!!! He has a had a smile on his face this entire time we’ve been in here eating, keeping this place clean, all while joking with customers and making sure their having a wonderful experience!
Zaxby’s treat this man like gold!!! He’s amazing!

What is the point of online ordering if they aren’t going to make your food until you get there? Yesterday, was my first visit to Zaxby’s. When I asked why it wasn’t ready at the time specified for pick up, she said they are making it now. (That’s not an answer) My husband and I did like our dinner, but even though we both work down the street from this Zaxby’s we will try another and see if this is an issue with this particular store or the entire chain.

Great service at this location; the crispy onions on the Zalad were limp by the time I arrived back home; overload on the lettuce, veggies were fresh though; the birthday cake shake wasn’t good, very thin for a milkshake; on another note… I love the Zaxby club with crinkled cut fries & ranch dressing, very tasty, I’ll always return for it!

I don’t know what it is with Zaxby’s. It’s never been an unpleasant experience here (although it’s only been for the drive thru.) The service has always been fast and friendly, so definitely no complaints there.
And yes, we are talking fast food here, but there are absolutely times, whether in severe hunger or drunkenness, that we all have to have that guilty indulgence.
The first few bites (usually go for the chicken clubs, regular and cajun) are so wonderful… and love the seasoning on the crinkle cut fries. But (and maybe with all fast food) the more I dive into it, the less appetizing it seems, even more so than your other ff joints. It’s always been prepared correctly, and seems hot and fresh.
I think I’ve finally figured out that Zaxby’s just isn’t my jam. And that’s ok. There hasn’t been a thing wrong with my experiences here, so if you are a fan, check out this location.

Decent fast food in the chicken medium. Delivered with excellence and pride in the art of poultry. 11 out of 10 would eat fried chicken and a planet-​size portion of toast again.
Drive-​through times although not expeditious, are worth the fried feast.

Great service and wonderfully decorated. The management has trained all his workers the importance of getting the food out hot and fresh. More than once has the service been excellent.

Ok, Iove the ranch sauce/​dressing that they have. Sometimes I just take a lot of those to put on my salads that I make at home; it is THAT good!
Definitely try the banana pudding and birthday cake milkshake— worth all the calories!
Friendly atmosphere, good food too.

First time I’ve ever been to a Zaxby’s, although I’ve wanted to try it for a long time. Was in a hurry, on a multi-​errand run, so I went thru the drive-​thru. They were very helpful and answered my questions politely and I ordered just the basic box — 3 chicken fingers, sauce, crinkle fries and a 22 oz soda. I paid at the window and seconds later, the food appeared.
I thought at first it was something that had been sitting under a heat lamp (come on, the food was served THAT fast), but I believe I was wrong because the chicken & fries were so hot, they had to have just come out of the fryer. Once they cooled enough to handle, I was in heaven. Seriously the best tasting, moist chicken fingers I have ever had. The fries were great as well. The sauce (a strange pink-​bbq kind of tasting stuff) was odd, but grew on me fast. I think I like it better on the fries because the chicken was seasoned perfectly.
For less than $ 6, it was a very satisfying meal and I am glad I went there. Am looking forward to going back and trying their «zalads.»

This place has got whole lot of chicken that’s actually good. Their spices and sauces are great! Me like!
The prices are extremely affordable!!!
only thing that they need to work on is making sure that floors are not greasy, i saw couple of customers almost falling because of greasiness.

Food was good, but otherwise Sucks. The bathroom had scat on the floor and yellow liquid on the seats, plus trash all over the place. FILTHY. No ice in the soda machine. The employees care less about friendly service or getting your order correct.
Then not I mention the Private (Armed with a gun and taser-​WTF) Security Guard patrolling the parking lot. This hired idiot comes in the dining area walking back-​n-​forth like a bad movie. Then sits down with a note pad and pretends to be writing with nothing in it. Looking at people like he is writing who has been naughty and nice list for Santa Clause. I wish I could say I was kidding but really. Probally the half decent food and stupid entertainment gives this 2 stars instead of just 1. Ugh. This Zaxaby’s sucks!
