Three guys were working the day we went in and they each had a different answer for everything I would ask. I would ask a questions, one guy would answer, then another guy would correct him and give me a different answer. And this went on and on and on. I was more confused going in than when I left. Hubby and I are going to be switching from T-Mobile to AT&T next week and we’ve already been into the AT&T store in the Orange Park Mall. Had great customer service there and all our questions answered(review to come after we set up service next week), but they do not have the new iPhone 5s and aren’t expecting to get any in by next week. So, we went into this store on Roosevelt just to see if they had the 5s. They do have them in the 32g(I don’t need a 32g), but then they started asking me questions, which made me ask them questions. And everything just got so confusing. Now I’m going to have to go back to the store in Orange Park and get poor Ben to explain everything to me again when we set up service because these guys at the Roosevelt store obviously need to get their sh** together. Maybe the guys working here are new? I’m not sure… but they need to learn how their company works!

They should be obligated to tell you that they are not a real AT&T store but just an authorized dealer. I had to go through a huge nightmare when the iphone they sold me turned out faulty(no one’s fault really) and I tried to return it to a REALAT&T store. Yeah, you can’t return it, except to this exact store. I was wondering why they kept avoiding letting me pay my bill in the store(because you can’t) and the employee also lied to me about getting the activation fee waived. Not a huge fan.
