I purchased a 6 month membership as a gift for my wife. Afterwards she opted to return it for a refund but The assistant manager refused and tried to slow roll us with multiple and vague reasons not th return $ 360.
Her reasons for returning the membership were about the company’s policy of adding multiple charges for lotion extra towels etc.
My advice. avoid this place, as its a money grabbing operation and management is customer unfriendly.

The receptionists were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The massage didn’t necessarily whew me. We started about 5min late (due to the masseur) and he didn’t extend for the time unaccounted for. Aside from him putting the scent directly to my nose I did not feel the effects of the added aromatherapy scent. Did not walk away feeling like I just received a massage.

Excellent therapist with Belinda! Receptionists were friendly and did not try to sell product. Very comfortable environment. Surprisingly great place for ‘corporate’ massage. Massage lasted stated time. Will definitely return to this location.

I went to this Massage Envy location and it was pretty good. The first time you go, your massage will only cost $ 39 for an hour, which is a killer deal. They offer this promotional price to try and get you in to buy a monthly membership (like a gym membership), where you get one massage a month for $ 49/​month. The lady working at the front desk was super friendly, and I didn’t feel much pressure — she just told me about the memberships, gave me some information to take with me, and left it at that.
The massage itself was really good. I am always a little hesitant seeing a male masseuse, but he did a great job. He was really knowledgeable and I did get a full hour. My only complaints: hearing a baby screaming through the walls from the business next door during my massage, and another lady clipping her nails in the waiting room (ewww)! This place is comfortable, but relatively no frills.

DON’T USE THIS LOCATION!!!
The employees are poorly trained, give out incorrect information and end up costing you additional dollars for THEIR MISTAKES!
I was incorrectly told that I had one more session in my six session package that I purchased. NOT ONE THING was said to me when I went to that session and paid the tip at the front desk. I was also told, again incorrectly, that I had a $ 10 credit left AND that I could use it towards another package of sessions.
The manager then called me to tell me that I would owe the money for the most recent session, EVEN THOUGH THEY MISTAKENLY TOLD ME I HAD ONE MORE SESSION LEFT. She talked over me when I was speaking and was generally very rude.
Additionally, good luck getting a FULL HOUR massage. Every time I went in, the therapist got me in 5 – 15 minutes late and ended the session 5 – 10 minutes prior to the top of the hour.
YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! Go to a real spa instead of this high pressure chain.
