Best hotel experience I have ever had. I travel for work and this place is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. If I could give it more stars I would!

This is a nice hotel it’s pretty clean and the staff is pretty nice the breakfast is so-​so. The reason I only give it a three is because there’s no carport and we had to unpack in the rain and then pack in the rain.
They give a complementary popcorn. They also give you complementary laundry soap and fabric softener to wash your clothes with. That’s very nice.
I like the fact that it fits our family of seven. Because they have rooms with two bedrooms and a kitchen and living room.
But I will not ever come back here because there’s no carport.

Perfect for long term stays. I have been out here since March 2nd and I have zero complaints. The rooms are spacious, with full size fridge, microwave, two burner stove, dish washer, dining table and a desk. I am on the second floor, which is perfect because the laundry is a few footsteps away at a reasonable $ 1.25. If needed, the front desk will even purchase your groceries and just bill your room. There is free breakfast in the mornings and evening socials with snacks. Housekeeping does a perfect job with my room and the staff is always friendly. Overall, a great place.

Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because of a few mix ups on the night and the availability of Pack ‘N Plays-​both issues were diligently resolved by the GM’s efforts. Family friendly, nice sized rooms and free WiFi. Kitchenettes are the largest I’ve seen and the rooms themselves were super clean. Everyone from the Engineer to the Desk Attendant to the GM was focused on making sure we felt welcome. Will definitely be back!

Recommend. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the water is hot, the toilets flush. For those staying more than a couple days, the rooms have a kitchenette and the hotel will pick up groceries for you. Just leave them a list. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food served during the complimentary breakfast and happy hour is a bit institutional (prepared/​packaged). Though there’s a Starbucks around the corner if that’s more your speed.

Facility is a bit worn — a facelift would do a lot for the feel of this property.
Pretty typical for an RI — I’m good with it!
