We enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was out of order and appears to have been so for a while. The Bistro is a disappointment. They should just include free breakfast.

The layout of the room is great! Separate area for toilet shower and sink with mirrors. Nicely arranged away from sleeping area so you can get ready without waking or bothering other family members still sleeping. There is a bath so it’s perfect for kids. A lot of mirrors including full length which is good. The in room coffee machine and coffee is not good at all yuck! Puts coffee grinds in your cup :(. Tv channels are lacking and there is no mini fridge so you will be doing a lot of ice runs. The pool and whirlpool area is very nice. Overall no big issues during our stay.

The treatment from the girl who checked us in left a lot to be desired. My husband is Platinum Elite and as such, we are allowed early check ins and late check outs. She lied to me when I requested a late checkout, saying the hotel was booked the following night and then told us that she could give us a late checkout but that it would be difficult as our new checkout time was normal check in time.
The night time front desk rep was more than helpful as was the GM of the property, but a crappy check in rep can ruin the entire experience.

This hotel was very nice for us. Love the ducks, clean and safe. My take is, if it’s good enough for two time Indianapolis 500 winner Arie Lyendyke (sp.?) it’s good enough for us!

Recommend. The hotel was recently remodeled. Have stayed several times while traveling on business. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Like all Courtyards, there is a small café on the first floor. Nothing to get excited about, but convenient for a quick breakfast or sandwhich. Did I mention the staff is really great?

Generally a tired property. Could surely use a facelift to bring it on par with other Courtyards. A sign downstairs says the lobby will soon be updated. Hopefully the rooms will soon follow. I’m not sure what the other neighboring Marriott properties are like, including a Residence, but it might be worth looking into.

Lovely, large, comfortable, CLEAN rooms. I’m a fan.
Nice and quiet, too.
If business/​pleasure ever brings me back this way again to Indianapolis, I’ll stay at the Courtyard Marriott for sure!
