So I’m updating my review because on my last review I posted I would update after I checked the restrooms. The first time I left a review the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Since then they have remodeled the place. They expanded the dining area and the restroom is definitely much cleaner now. The food has always been delicious and the service is pretty good too. My orders have never been incorrect. Overall I enjoy this location because it’s close to my house.

This location is so unprofessional. They told me my order would take 18 minutes and by the time I ask for my money back it has been 35 minutes, everyone who I had saw come in after me had already left and my food still wasn’t done yet. I asked the woman at the register why was it taking so long and all she could say was I don’t know. No one apologize or thank me for my patience or reassured me that the food was coming. these people need customer service training because they clearly don’t have any good customer service skills.

If I could put zero stars I would. To begin with, this wing stop location has Very poor service from when I call to place my order to when I picked up my order. Sometimes the manager is not even there and when you have a problem and wish to speak to one they tell you to come back tomorrow… So irresponsible… That sucks that I love wing stop and have to always come to this location because this is the closest to me. I hope they do something about it.

This place sucks! Bad service, dirty, food on the floor. People working in this location have horrible people skills. Took forever to get the food and it was cold when we finally got it. Wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone and I won’t be going back there.
If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

I Stopped in here for wings tonight. They were nothing to write home about, but they were fried hard… which I like for some strange reason. I guess I like not worrying about salmonella poisoning. I divided my order between hot and garlic Parmesan. The hot was not hot and the garlic Parmesan was missing the garlic, but I got a generous portion of Parmesan cheese. I thought of taking the excess cheese home to sprinkle over pasta, but I knew that would be riduculous. I am refraining from fries and opted for the beans. I should have just dealt with the fries.

Wingstop is always decent but the customer service here at the Fuqua location is even better. I was sittin around waitin on my order and had time to think and suddenly had one of those last minute pain in the ass add-​on requests. I saw the ad for «Chili Lime leaving soon» and I though about how I hadn’t tried it and it seemed enticing. Since it was Tuesday 60 cent wings day i asked if i could add 2 and she said they had to add minimum of 5. Sandra, who was already helpful and friendly, was nice enough to just add 2 complimentary boneless wings to complete my request for NO EXTRA CHARGE since I didn’t really want fries, I prefer an extra roll, and I was like wow! Very good first impression of this location.

Nice place! Nothing different then other Wingstops. Seems like a good crew of people working as well.
Food was fresh and tasted great but the only thing that made it seem a little disappointing, was the fact that the order did take awhile to make.
Also their coke machine was either flat or just straight syrup. They should really check that stuff out.
But overall great place!

Some bs. Ordered online at 954. Told me to pick up at 10:19. Got there on time and a lady was ordering at the cash register. I waited till 1034 to get my order and the lady got her order the same time as me. BS!

I’m so glad I found this place near me. My coworkers introduced me to Wingstop a few months back and I have been addicted. It also depends on the location too.
I came here with my cousin and the place was busy. They had a few tables, but they were all cleaned and bussed down. We ordered the garlic parmesan meal for two. We were given a quoted time of 15 minutes. The cashier was fast and efficient with processing everyone’s order.
Our wings came out incredibly hot. They weren’t drowning in oil and were generously covered in Parmesan. The fries came out golden crispy, pip’n hot and fresh. The place is small with limited seating. Overall great service and food made to order.
