The rudest bartender on earth, an absolute trash-​fest, no manners whatsoever.
Some dudes, whom she clearly knew, got instant service and a steady stream of beer refills, but we got repeatedly overlooked despite the fact that we – my beau & I – were her only other customers.
She would disappear for thirty minute stretches multiple times. I said, «Ah, there you are!» when she reappeared, and she replied, «Yeah, well, I have a lot of things to do.» What, like besides tend bar, when you, my dear, are the sole bartender on duty?
We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

BAD SERVICE. We waited 25 minutes after being seated before walking out for no service. The place was not packed for service to be so bad and slow. Majority of people were at the bar. I only saw two wait staff working for a Saturday night. We looked at the menu and waited while the server ran around to other tables. I DONT blame the server. I blame the system. How does a server know what tables are hers. Maybe I am wrong and it was the servers fault. Either way bad service for a slow night with not many people. Sad to say this was our first time and last time In there. I was hesitant going in after reading the Unilocal reviews. Most reviews were bad. I should of followed my gut feeling and never stopped. They should step up their service with all the other establishments in the near area. Drove around the corner and had perfect service and food. #888

Went to lunch with with colleagues on a Tuesday. Waitress didn’t know the menu, she seemed on edge like she was on dope or something. We ordered an appetizer which we never received. When we asked where it was she said «oops». Umm, ok. Our food was cold. I asked for water several times and when she finally brought it (at the end of the meal) she said «I know, I’m a terrible waitress». Wow, then why are you working there? I like Brewingz food but there service is consistently awful at every location.

Strickly from a food stand point, this place sucks. My wings were cold and flavorless. Their new wing flavor «chicken and waffles» is just pourd cheap syrup. Ill stick to BWW next time.

We actually had a really good experience at this location. Our server’s name was Leslie and she was so sweet. They really do have a really great wings special on Monday nights and there’s no limits on how many you can get of each type of sauce.
We ordered fried pickles and they were really good, not soggy, not too thick. The favorite of the wing flavors was definitely lemon pepper. The teriyaki flavor was a «oh hell no!» Flavor and the same goes for Cajun. Steer clear of those lol.
More than likely we will be back.
*btw* it did take them a bit to actually come to the front and get us seated, but the rest of the night made up for it.

Went on a Thursday night and decided to try the 20 boneless wing special with fried pickles. Here’s a tip! Try a draining basket before putting the wings and pickles on a plate. Don’t get me wrong, I like bread and olive oil dip, but not fried wings with a side of vegetable oil. Pickles were soggy bc of too much oil as well. In short, we won’t be back.

— 5 stars What a joke… over 35 min. wait time for 2 orders of 16 wings & 1 burger & 3 orders of fries. When the fries came out 1st COLD we should have turned tail & Ran. we know that now. The fun part was watching the bartender GIVE orders of wings to what we figured was a” Regular” After he was finished with what he ordered and offered them to us. & $over $ 4.00 for an order of fries is just plan robbery.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. I went on a Sunday afternoon for the Cowboys vs. the Texans. They had plenty of TVs and space. I got the 30 boneless wings for $ 17.99 deal (chipotle), along with a beer tower for $ 17. We sat in the bar area, but had a table.
Despite what the other reviews say, the service was good. The bartender came out every 15 minutes or so to check on us, and the food came out relatively quickly. The building and menus are filthy, but that’s pretty in line with what I expected.
The boneless wings were pretty good. I had a pretty good experience, and will probably go back the next time I am in Houston.

Horrible service. We were served by the waitress Jessica with reddish hair. She came by out table only twice. It is a Monday, she was attending only three tables including mine. Getting her attention shouldn’t have been this difficult.
As for the food, the taste if the wings were pretty good but the size of them were very small. Being that the service was this bad, I expected better food; trying to find the positive in the negative but no.

Waitress was not knowledgable at all. She couldn’t tell us what was on tap or prices of anything. We asked about a price and she said $ 1.02, we were charged $ 2.59. They even charged .99 for a kids water! Terrible service. We went on a two for Tuesday night but they weren’t busy at all, there was no reason for the service to suck as bad as it did.

Food is good, which is why I gave a star, but service was so terrible I can’t foresee myself returning. While placing my to-​go order, the cashier was texting on her phone. No surprise she screwed it up when I got my receipt. The staff were standing in a side room in the to go area telling «yo mamma» jokes and being very loud and obnoxious. They would run behind the counter and randomly hug the cashiers and mess with them as they were taking phone orders. Definitely will not be coming back. Management seriously needs to get their staff in check.

First time here… been wanting to try this restaurant for some time. The food was pretty good… but the service sucked!!! When we walked in the door, the hostess was on her cell phone and had her purse out with several things on the hostess table. We had to wait for her to put her things away before we were seated. Our waitress wasn’t very attentive… never came back to check on us after our food was delivered… we ran out of water halfway through the meal and literally had to flag someone down… Our waitress was too busy sweeping the floor rather than check in on us. Also, guests at another table spilled their water all over their table and all three patrons were trying to clean up the mess with paper towels at the table, several staff members passed by and no one offered to help them… and then to top it all off, took way to long to get our check to get outta there… I’d give them a B+ on the food, and a F on the service.

We had the hot/​mild/​and extra hot wings pickle chips and french fries which were all amazing. All the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered an appletini from the bar it took a while to get to the table and there were only two people sitting at the bar so not sure why it took so long it was almost warm it was awful it tasted like bad koolaide. The service was REALLY SLOW there were three of us and we ran out of drinks (soda and water) it took about 10 minutes to get the guys attention to bring us more. They WERE NOT busy there only 2 other tables that had guests another table was seated but they waited to long for someone to come they finally got up and left. This used to be called Wings and More the service was MUCH MUCH better then!
