The milk teas are my favorite. My absolute favorite is jasmine milk tea with tapioca and egg pudding BUT they are ridiculously expensive. The jasmine milk tea with tapioca and egg pudding is over $ 5. When I get 2 drinks it’s like $ 11. Meanwhile at other places I can get the same drinks for $ 8. I would come here more often if the prices weren’t so high.

T@pioca is a quaint little café. I’m a huge fan of bubble tea/boba/tapoica pearl(whatever you prefer to call it), so naturally I decided to give this place a shot. While I wasn’t a fan of the atmosphere or look of the place, their bubble tea was top-notch. The boba was the perfect texture – soft outside, slightly chewy, not a pain in the ass to chew. I had a thai tea with the tapioca pearls and some rainbow/mixed fruit jelly. I will definitely be going here again!1

SUPER friendly staff! I enjoy their milk chai tea, green apple and coconut drinks. I only wish they offered different sizes, they’re a little too big for me to finish.

No thanks never again. The tapioca does not come with the drink itself. When you add tapioca balls they charge extra: $ 5 for both drink and tapioca. The milk tea was also not so good, sorry. *while other places includes both for under $ 3.99*

I go here regularly. Really close to my church and I’ve always been here since I was young. They used be at a different location before. I really recommend coffee milk tea because i like both coffee and milk tea. They have many different drinks though. They also have frozen yogurt and the service is really nice. Nice to hang out and have a small reunion and talk.

Great red/green bean tapioca. One of the few places that will make it fresh. I always stop by when I’m in town.

Love the drink. The owner is supper nice. I always order avocado smoothie for me and fruity tea for the hub. Now my little girl starts with Strawberry Smoothie and tapioca. Love the yogurt as well. Highly recommend!!!

The drinks are alright for $ 4. Kinda cool that they have a froyo machine but other than that nothing special. I would probably go elsewhere next time.

Very bad customer service. I told them my tai tea was very sweet or a very old tapioca ball and they called me a lyer. Then the stupid worker got an attitude problem and didn’t want to make me another. I told them to try it but they wouldn’t. What kind of place won’t try their own crap they sell?

Love this place to death! The milk tea is to die for! It’s a little pricey, and the tapioca balls don’t absorb the flavor of the tea, but it’s so good you get over it.

First time here. Ordered a milk tea with tapioca. Got something that was way too sweet and some very old boba. I just couldn’t force myself to drinking it after paying $ 4+ for it. Will stick to my usual spots from now on.

Their Thai tea is really good I always get it! Customer service is good, the ladies are very nice and are very knowledgable of the drinks. They have punch cards, 10th drink is free!

Nice! Had the taro milk tea and BBQ poor Banh Mi! Pretty good. Too bad there’s a sign saying Banh Mi is only served on Friday thru Sunday only! The place is clean and doesn’t smell like«ass» like the previous review said. Will do it again regularly since it’s close to my job.

I came to this Tapioca place a few times, the drinks were a little bit sweeter than other places, and service was okay. The last time I came, I ordered two green milk tea with mixed fruit jelly to go, and when I got home, I figured out that they gave me regular black milk tea, and their fruit jelly pieces were all chopped into smaller pieces. Ugh. Really? =.=

For being the closest tapioca place around, it is definitely one of the best! I, myself had a coffee milk tea, while my brother had the mango smoothie with tapioca on the bottom. Both drinks had really yummy flavors, and my brother even asked if we could go back! The location has a nice cozy feel to it, while the«serve-yourself» yogurt dispensers look pretty easy to use. Overall, pretty good experience, awesome flavors and an all-around pleaser for the family!:D

It was okay, but the bubble tea was good, the only thing I didn’t like was the brown pearl balls at the bottom they were kinda nasty. This place doesn’t smell like booty either so don’t listen to Eddie S. he doesn’t know what he is smelling. Very nice vibe to the place, and the menu is on a separate wall than the ordering station. I didn’t really understand that, but okay. I ordered the banana mango bubble tea which tasted really creamy and sweet minus the pearls at the bottom. Next time I go I will get the smoothie, but no bubbles at the bottom. The cashier was kinda nice, kinda mean but I didn’t pay her no mind. The guy in the back was nice. My total was $ 4.33 for one drink, kinda pricey for one drink. But it was enough to fill me up, the drink was cold, and tasted yummy.

A$$, that is what this place smells like when you first walk in the door, ok maybe they’re cutting open some Durian in the back for the smoothies but it still smells like the a$$ of a baboon, yes I know your question and no I havn’t but have visited a zoo before. Parking during peak lunch time can be a challenge but doable. When you walk in you will notice a few«yogurt» type machines churning on the right side(see pics) the counter is back at center, you will get your order taken and get to pay right away providing somebody doesn’t just cut in fr ont of you even after the cashier clearly knows you were up next or at least close. Prices, meh, about $ 4.50 I believe for something like an Advocado with Tapioca or even a green tea with Tapioca. You get a punch card here so after 10 you get one free, don’t pretend you don’t know what I’m talking about if you’ve been toe these places before, some dont though. They sell Banh Mi(Vietnamese sandwiches) here, I did not try it yet. I’d hate to come back butt it’s the only tapioca place within the vacinity that I notice, Unilocal search led me astray to a different business but I think it is closed.

Can I give it 6 stars? No? Ah, well I guess you haven’t tried their jelly yet? Tired of tapioca, my girlfriend persuaded me to try their coffee milk tea with jelly. I am hooked. I cannot go back to tapioca now, ever. For every 10 you buy, you get one free, too — pretty good deal since I frequently come here. I need to try more of their drinks, I know, but I am addicted to their milk teas with jelly at the moment. :P
