Domino’s Pizza

Do not order lunch from here if you value your time.
We placed a delivery order @ 10:00 to be delivered at 11:30.
When we called because it was not delivered yet they said come pick it up.
When we get have to interrupt to ask they walk off with no response then they ask for us to eventually tell they sent pizza to the delivery location.
We were one of many who’s orders were late or wong

Out of all the times we’ve ordered from Domino’s, this was probably the *nicest* delivery guy that has arrived. His name was Marquis. He even offered to go back to the store because he was unaware he didn’t have everything we ordered. Most delivery people would probably pawn off the fact they didn’t have an item but he was very courteous and professional about it. Kudos to Marquis. More delivery people should take a cue from him. Our pizzas were made correctly as well (another issue we’ve had in the past).

This place constantly gives us the wrong order or incomplete order.
This last time though… the pizza was raw!
When we called to complain, they simply said the pizzas were being pushed through a lot faster than usual because they were busy.
It blows my mind how someone would even think that was a good excuse or practice.
You don’t rush the cooking process on food because you don’t know how to manage your time or are overwhelmed with orders. Unacceptable.

Pleasant experience. Usually order pizza hut, but will consider my options… Pie was delivered 5 minutes early, hot and delicious. I wish every food delivery could be this way.

Ordered a pizza online and when I went to go pick it up the girl that took my payment was completely rude. She looked like a teenager, but she looked like she hated her job so much. Why give someone so much attitude? This place needs a revamp in customer service. The pizza was terrible. The middle of the pizza was completely uncooked. The toppings would not even stay on the pizza. Thank god I didn’t get sick from this pizza. Safe to say I won’t be returning to this dominoes and I recommend all others to stay away.

Awful service. Food is usually fine, but lately they gave given almost no toppings and then pizza has been cold upon pickup. The crew is super rude, they NEVER answer the phone or put you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. The worst Domino’s location j have ever been to.

Late night pizza order
Placed a order last night after 11pm. I was thinking the late crews at most places are rude or unprofessional, let’s see how this place is. Guy who answered the phone was super friendly. He gave me the specials and didn’t make it seem like it was rocket science like most places. I asked him to stall my order for 10min so it would be fresh when I arrived. Sure enough it was fresh and ready to go when I arrived. I will definitely be placing late night orders in the future. This place is actually open till 1 AM!!! Thanks Dominos PiZza

Absolutely one of the worst dominos. long wait times and then when they finally answer they put you on hold. store needs new management

Ordered using the app and they sent my order to this store. 50mins later I get a call stating that they don’t deliver to my area, for safety reasons. A) I don’t live in a bad neighborhood! B) you didn’t realize this an hour ago? Called corporate, they confirmed that I do live with in their delivery zone. The manager said that he was instructed not to deliver here per his district manager. He offered no other solutions to resolve the problem, it was to late to transfer the order! I waited for the option to pick it up, with compensation of course, nothing! He simply told me he wasn’t going to deliver it and that was that. The manager of this location needs some customer service training.

This pizza was not what I expected. Based on the time it left the shop to the time it made it to me where I live not 10 min away, it wasn’t cold, but it definitely wasn’t hot like I’m use to. ALSO, when I opened the pizza, it was not what I ordered… I ordered the extravaganza, but it came with hardly any meat on it, and I ordered triple cheese… only regular. I would have sent it back but the driver happen to show up while I was out of the room. Sadly my family had been waiting to eat so I just said forget it. I’ve been ordering from this store for YEARS but not again… there’s another Dominos on telephone road or somewhere else I’d rather give my business to! That half price sale is a scam because they only give you HALF of what you order!!! This pizza sucks big time and I will fill out every survey everywhere I can to state so!!! And if your delivery person can’t have a better attitude then maybe he needs a better job! You don’t take it out on customers we didn’t tell him to work there. #madashell

By far the worst costumer service ever !!! I mean wow I’m totally surprised, so a month ago placed an order online and not only my food was late it was cold and incomplete, so I called the manager who refused to give me her name although it was on the email receipt I got lol but anyhow told her my cinastix were missing the icing dip and let me say the missing items is not the first time so I was very upset and when the manger tells me that they were out of icing well you can imagine how I got, when I find out that she couldn’t take the time to let me know I was not going to get my icing dip which I’m paying for so she did not only didn’t offer a free order of cinastix for next time she also hang up on me, next day I talked to general manager who offered me a free order of cinastix and a pizza and I said ok but didn’t feel like ordering that day so I told her I was going to call her back and for my surprise today almost a month later I call and she tells me she can’t give me what she had offered so needless to say I’m taking my business somewhere else so if you like late, cold and incomplete food this is your place !!!

This is ridiculous! I tried ordering delivery at 7:40 p.m. And was told they don’t deliver after dark in my area. The dominoes by the way is located half a mile from me!

My son ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 litter Mr Pib. Pizza did arrived super fast which I will give them credit for, however no soda. When they called back the reply was «it’s going to take an hour maybe longer»
Nevermind we live less then 5 minutes away. When the soda never arrived my son cancelled and was told he’d receive a credit.
I decided to call back to confirm his credit and was told by the manager (Dani) her employee never issued credit due to being super busy. I decided to drive up and pick up soda.
I was very disappointed to be greeted by little girl and told «yeah just grab one soda»
I replied by asking if that was it? You’re not going to offer anything else for me having to drive back? A credit? A second soda? Nothing? This little girls reply was just «get one soda».
I don’t care about the soda or even the drive. I care about the customer service or lack there of. I’m very disappointed with this store. It’s super close and now we’re going to have to take our business elsewhere.
Last thing I will say, the customer service I received from the manager was Excellent! It’s to bad the service fell apart once I arrived

Ordered thinking all Domino’s would taste the same… psych! Cold, parts of it didn’t even have sauce and there was a hair on a wing. *gag* I’m so disappointed. There is a papa Johns right down the street. Head there instead! It is soo much better!

OK Domino’s, I get it you wanna show fantastic, but annoying commercials on TV to lure me in for your pizza. You got me OK, but you didn’t wow my mouth.
I arrived at your establishment Saturday night to get me some good tasty pizza. Preferably, chicken pizza. I then placed my order for the Memphis BBQ chicken for a large one and waited what it seemed like 30 mins though the cashier said it would only be 15 mins.
The wait was long and hard; hard pertaining to the uncomfortable benches they had and dirty floors.
Now the pizza, it was cold when we got to our car. You know when you place a box of pizza on your lap and all the heat attack your thighs?! Well, it wasn’t like this for Domino’s. It was just cold.
The pizza was ultra thin, and we ordered a hand-​tossed. The pizza toppings easily ripped off as I was getting outta the box. There was barely any flavor and I didn’t taste any tomato sauce. It was ultra dry, and chewy like it wasn’t cooked all the way through.
I will not be back, I will indeed go to Papa Johns or Pizza Hut instead. Never again for this Domino’s!
