Ok, sooooo this isn’t the Starbucks if you’re in a hurry or during the morning rush hours. Though it’s right off the 610 feeder road, it still gets a bit crowded in the lot. The parking lot isn’t big and makes a tight squeeze for the drive thru. In fact I never use the drive thru at this one. I’ve not had too many issues w/my order when I’ve come here, but mine is very very simple — venti Pike w/3 pumps white mocha… but believe it or not, it’s been messed up. As far as service goes, it’s been pretty hit or miss when I’ve dropped in. I’ve had a couple of friendly folks, but quite a few very dry & unenthused people take my order with a look of «I really don’t wanna be here» on their face. Look, no one is saying break out the freakin pom-poms and burst out in full cheerleader mode, but idk — a smile goes a long way ya know. Or if you’re not a morning person, don’t work the morning shift. This is probably a contributor to the slow service. Just a suggestion.

Definitely my least favorite Starbucks. Poor customer service in the drive-through and the worst cup of cappuccino I’v ever had. How do you mess up a cappuccino? At least I got my double reward points today

I placed my order for a Grande Caramel Machiatto upside down with cream with no problem. The problem was the wait for my order. It had to be 10 minutes before someone behind the counter decided to ask me what I had ordered and once they re-took my order she was able to make it in no time. I try to be patient and consider that my order might take more time than others but I noticed everyone coming in after me getting their orders and multiple orders at that while I patiently waited. The young man that rang me up didn’t even ask them if they were making my order which is why I assumed it was being made. I should’ve been comped for the long wait time.

Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, there were only four cars in front of me. Got my iced coffee and took a drink as I was driving away, I’m not even sure it could still be qualified as coffee. It had become the most foul, scorched, awful beverage on the planet. I circled around and returned to the drive thru, there were three cars in front of me now, it took 12 minutes for me to get to the window. They replaced the drink, before I took a drink I asked if it was from the same batch and I was assured it wasn’t. It was equally terrible. I asked for a refund which took another five minutes. I spent over half an hour at this location and all I got was a disgusting taste in my mouth. I’ve never seen a business with so many negative Unilocal reviews. Why is nothing being done? S.O.S.!! This store needs help!

Awful. I waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes for one drink and everyone there was as slow as could be! There was only two people in front of me. This is why coffee shops like minuti coffee are taking over

Probably the worst Starbucks in town… Just spent over 20 minutes in the drive through for 1 coffee because due to the rain the system is down… Do what people did before computers. The guy apologized but really… Too little too late! Every time I go there I know I should allow extra time but over 20 minutes for one cup of coffee is ridiculous. If there was a way for me to get off the line I would have and if I hadn’t invested so much of my time by the time I made it to the window I would have never gotten my coffee. THISISTHESLOWESTSTARBUCKSINTEXAS! Won’t be going back there ever again!

SLOWWWWW and wrong. I ordered the citrus green tea latte which I’ve had several times. They fixed it twice and fuked it up twice! If you come on the right day, with the right crew — you may get your drink fixed right!

Grossly understaffed or undertrained to manage a busy drive thru. The queue often extends out onto the feeder road creating a road hazard. Smart people hoping to skirt the drive thru waits by parking in the lot are often disappointed by not being able to exit due to unthinking drive thru customers blocking their exits.

I love Starbucks but the whole point to going drive thru is for fast service not to wait 30 mins. They really need to work on management and the staff is very rude. I rather drive a few miles further than have to deal with them ruining my mornings

Well, it was 140p when I drove up there were 5 cars in front of me. At 152p, I arrive at the order speaker only to find that it is out of order. Since I have had challenges with orders I have placed at the speaker, I can only imagine what I will get today… it is now 156p, there are at least 5 cars behind me and 3 more in front. Yay. Will update soon

When creating caramel frap, you its a frap and not juice so it shouldn’t be watered down and blended with 5 cubes of ice. The caramel has to be mixed in nicely, as starbucks is known for. But the wait time is long too. I’ve never been late to work because I only go to this location even I have extra 20 minutes to spare with the traffic in the area and all. With the amount of staff working inside, drive thru is not their forte I’m afraid.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. No parking. Drive through blocks what little parking there is. Never enough staff to handle the business volume.

After taking a break for a couple months, I started to return here last few weeks and unfortunately I really haven’t seen any improvements, just a bit worse. I have since discovered PJs on the corner of Shepard and I-10. Certainly worth a visit as your Starbucks alternative.

Although the customer service is good, this Starbucks never gets my drink(s) right. AVOID!

I assumed a car had broken down in the drive-thru, because it could not possibly take this long. I sat for over eight minutes without moving up even one car length and then exited the line. I see that the reviews here reflect the experience I had today.

I’ve been to many Starbucks, I love their coffee and sweet treats. This one, by far, is the worst one I’ve been to. The barista/cashier was rude and honestly seemed like she hated her job and/or life. My drink took a long time and was not delicious as usual. I ordered a Venti beverage with light ice, I received a cup full of ice with a little coffee. I am very disappointed in this Starbucks and I hope the owner realizes that many people are not impressed with this one soon!

This particular Starbucks has poor reviews evidenced by the stars given(or not given for that matter). I know lack of stars given can be a result of busy, decaffeinated people who need coffee ASAP as well as being short staffed in both the drive-through and the inside. The location doesn’t help it’s cause either. Due to Starbucks’ corporate business model and it’s products, it definitely has loyal customers expecting a certain level of service. When this doesn’t happen, for reasons listed above, reviews are poor and stars are dropped. Now, that I’ve tried to rationalize possibly why this Starbucks is the way it is, I have frequented it on off-peak hours like 11am or 3pm. I’ve realized that coming here before 11am or after 3pm is a nightmare! Small drive through that blocks parking, and it’s location is not the best. So, chin up, Starbucks, I’m sure you’re not losing too much on this one. You have my loyalty, and if I’m not in a hurry, I’ll get in the drive through. Parking and working inside is just asking for trouble and possible stress.

I am a Starbucks expert. Tell me a cross street and I can almost always tell you where the closest Starbucks can be found. I m in the car constantly for work and visit the drive thru more times then I care to admit. With that being said this is the WORST location I have ever visited. Whether you are going inside or waiting in the drive thru be prepared to wait at least 10 mins at non peak times and a minimum of 20 at a peak time. I live inside the loop and frequent what I would imagine to be some of the busiest locations and have never waited as long as I wait EVERYTIME I come to this location. I always think there is no way I’ll wait that long again… and then I regret my choice immediately after joining the line and realize I’ll be stuck. Additionally, I usually end up getting a treat of some sort. The last time I went inside I was given a piece of pound cake with the wrapper still on and put inside the normal bag. Meaning, it felt like I was about to eat a Little Debbie snack rather than a «gourmet» treat from a coffee shop. The best part was that the wrapper included an expiration date that if memory serves me was over a year from that date. While I’m sure I knew these treats were filled with crazy preservatives this was simply disgusting and I will never order another piece. Oh — and I’m sure you are thinking– wow, that’s a long Starbucks review… You’re right! It is! But guest what? It’s after 2:30 pm on a Sunday and I’m STILL in the drive thru line… Going on 17 minutes! And the women in front of me just handed her drink back so I’m assuming I’ll be here even longer!

Inside… its ok. Its a early in a weekday so wouldn’t expect a crowd. Service was good, my drink was simple therefor not much of an opinion on that. As far as the business, it could use a bit attention in minor cleaning. Main obnoxious part here is the«loud» music, its not subtle background music -.-
