Starbucks

Love the location and love the look but something is still off… Regardless of what latte I order, it is always watered down. Need a hot tea? They can do that but maybe not w/​a little steamed lemonade depending on the day.
If you’re going for the personality Starbucks team members are known to display, you will not get that here. Now, I have never been inside so maybe that is where you will get the full Starbucks experience. But judging by all the noise I hear just sitting at the window, I will not be venturing in any time soon. Perhaps this alll is a perfect fit for the new generation of folks moving to the area. ???
Speed of service – EXCELLENT – compared to the nearby location on 610 so I guess you just need to weigh your options. I will stick my fav on W 43^rd

First off the caramel macchiato was great so if you are ok with the drive through this is your place. If you want a peaceful place to drink coffee and read it is not. The floor is concrete and the high ceiling is metal. There is no music so all you hear is dishes rattling. Water running. Co trainers banging and the sound of steam. Not in a soft background way either but in a subway tunnel way. Very disappointing. Maybe some music would help.

SO excited for this new Starbucks location — and they most certainly get a 5 star for their incredible service! :)
Unfortunately (or fortunately for my wallet?) I had given up on my morning drive-​thru lattes because of the previously closer Starbucks location, located on 610. My co-​workers and I dubbed this other location «slow-​bucks» because no matter what you ordered, or how many people were in line, your visit would be at LEAST 20 minutes (seriously, one time there was only one person in line ahead of me … I left with my coffee 30 minutes later).
This morning I stopped for not one, but three, lattes at this new location. Fully expecting to be late to work (based on the old location’s history) I got into line. There were probably 4 other cars in front of me, so I parked and prepared for the wait. Literally less than five minutes later I was on my way to the office, coffees in hand! :) The people were incredibly pleasant, and when she couldn’t remember if I ordered talls or grandes she made them all grande «just to be safe» — I had ordered talls and insisted on paying for the grandes, she wouldn’t let me and gave me a free return coupon for the «inconvenience»! I got a free upgrade, and a free coffee, AND it took less than five minutes.
Needless to say, I will be back. Everyone is incredibly pleasant, professional, and FAST! :) Our entire office is thrilled to have this new location close by!
Bonus points, it has a HUGE parking lot and a really nice interior with plenty of seating as well!

Could not be happier this new Starbucks has opened. It is less than 1 mile from my office and is so nice inside!
After a long weekend of working I drove through and picked up some latte’s for myself and two others. The drive through was so quick and they got every drink order exactly right!
The parking lot is big, so no problem parking and enough space do it doesn’t conflict with the drive thru.
Will be back tons!

So happy they opened this Starbucks! Compared to the other Starbucks located near by this one has a larger parking area and outdoor seating available.
For those of us on the go, this Starbucks has a drive thru! Yayee! Interior features include concrete polished floors with lots of tables and chairs perfect for studying, reading or meeting with friends and business associates. Music can be loud at times so if your looking for a quiet spot this maybe an issue. But, they have excellent wifi connection!
Staff is friendly, bathroom facilities are new and kept clean.
