This place is swarming at dinner time. Ridiculous wait. No parking. Standard Olive Garden food. Great drinks. Great service. Definitely go during off peak hours.

Ok soooo, this is my second visit to this location. I came back in hopes that things would be better. Now the store is your regular Olive Garden. The 4 hostesses at the front leaning on the hostess stand barely greeted me. Good thing I’d been here before and knew to head to the bar to pick up my carry out. There are two bartenders at the bar. I had to walk between two servers who were just chilling in the bar entrance chatting. I mentioned I’m picking up a carry out and they didn’t miss a beat in their conversation. Really?! I keep it moving and post up at the bar waiting for one of the two bar tenders and a server to ask had I been assisted. The server literally turned her back and leaned on the bar while chewing the end of her hair, then decided to put away some boxes. Shaking my head and now tapping my foot. A man Sasha us up to the bar and tells them he’s picking up an order. The bartender stops and gets his food, but does not even give me eye contact. Now my bottom lip is being bitten in an effort not to loose my cool. Finally a lady who had been on the phone the whole time comes and asked have you been helped? Needless to say my food was Luke warm and I’m red hot. Go dine in it can’t be any worse than this carry out.

I have evolved into an Olive Garden fan. I still settle for the endless soup and salad — and it’s now about $ 8 as opposed to the $ 6 is used to be. Still ya can’t beat their salad and the Pasta e Fagioli soup has become a fav of mine. The Godson, who has convinced me to eat here more often than I ever would have without him, is now into the Tour of Italy. At $ 16 it’s three kinds of pasta and the all you can eat salad. He loves it and it fills up his 18 year old boy belly. So I am happy. Sure they have tons of pasta choices. A lighter fare that is around 500 calories per dish. A build your own pasta with your choice of noodle and sauce. Gluten free selections. Subs and really decent priced selections for lunch combos. Skip the apps. They are not worth the money. Calamari is tough, Stuffed mushrooms are soggy. Ya know, just not worth the extra $ 10. It’s an Olive Garden. What can ya say? It’s decent psudo-Italian food. But this location is clean and family friendly. This location is always clean, the servers are spot on and we enjoy playing the trivia game at the table. They add $ 2 for unlimited plays. Parking can be a circus. We’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes even during peak times for a table.

This review is for service only. I say this because the food was mushy and tasteless. We were a party of five. Our server, Janette was lovely and VERY attentive without being overbearing. She made sure we always had everything we needed and was delightful! My friends that had the Chicken Gnocchi Soup did say that was good.

Chicken Marcela ravioli was not good… A waste. We didn’t finish it… Salty and rich in brown gravy… Pasta was chewy… Salad was good. Bread sticks tastes like the only flavor is outside of the bread. Disappointed… Waiter was good…

This location is conveniently located. Usually pretty clean and service is acceptable. My problem is to-go portion sizes. There’s almost no sauce on my chicken Alfredo. All this dish is is sauce and pasta, I don’t understand what I’m meant to eat if there’s no sauce! This has happened more than once.

This is a one star review, ordered take out, and was told my order would be ready in 20 mins. Not the case, more like 45 and my food was cold & tasted terrible. Our dessert, the Pumpkin Cheesecake– was frozen solid & a tiny slice for the price. Will go somewhere else from now on, as I spent 40.00 on this crap!

This is my child’s favorite restaraunt, so we come here frequently. I don’t like that their chicken gnocchi soup always consists of the gnocchi being overly cooked. But we usually have very friendly servers and recieve our food within a reasonable time.

If I could rate this lower, I would! I came down to Houston to visit a friend. From the moment we sat down, our waitress was very hard to talk to and understand. There was only two of us, so it’s not like it was a large party. 1. We get only one glass of water, when she obviously took both of our orders. 2. She brings the salads, forgets the forks, and all silverware to begin with. 3. She would disappear for 30 minutes at a time. 4. Finally, she brings us our check and greets us GOODBYEs.(We are clueless as to where on earth she went after that, as we waited for 35 minutes to PAY!) We waited and waited, finally got up to ask at the bar, if we could pay with our credit card, they refused us and told us we HAVE to wait for our waitress. Then we asked about four other waiters if they can help process our check, and of course they couldn’t! Finally I decided, let’s just pull out our cash and get the heck out of there! As we were walking out, a girl came running after us in panic and goes ”Did you even pay???” Then another man(supposedly the manager) came running too, accusing us of not paying… How could they not even check the table for the payment, before running us down like that in front of other customers!!! I told the manager about my frustration and embarrassment caused but the two of them to the manager, he seemed to not give two shits! He said NOTHING to make up for the horrible experience. I had to walk out of there to save myself from further humiliation! TERRIBLETERRIBLETERRIBLE!!!

Truly love and enjoy Olive Garden, unlimited soup and salad fills you up completely. Our waitress provided us with such great service. My entire bill was under $ 15 for the visit. Definitely will be returning for more of the menu. Loved every minute of it, parking was great and accessible.

My family and I come here often and usually we have a good experience. I went with my 4 year old son to have dinner here sort of like a mommy and son date. We were seated quickly and our waitress was very nice. Our waitress, Sekouya, was nice, however I don’t know if she had too many tables, but she checked up on us a couple of times. Good thing that they have unlimited soup, because my son’s food took about 30 minutes and I didn’t even get mine and we had already been there for about an hour or so. I finally just told the waitress to give me the check and to just bag up my meal. You would think that they would do something complimentary, but no. Not looking for a hand out or anything, but it would just be good customer service. Now I know why I go to other Italian restaurants even though this is just 5 minutes away from the house.

I give this restaurant a try once a year and they always seem to disappoint. This time was no exception. The waiter was very nice but seem to be very inexperienced. We were told that they were out of bread sticks. We finally did get some with our meal. Food was good except the salad. Usually the salad is cold and the bowls are also. Neither were. Ok place to eat just not great.

I returned for dinner with my family at this location and gave it another chance. It was the closest and needed to finish my giftcard. We had a BETTER experience!!! Our server was Creshawn! He was welcoming and personable! He made our visit enjoyable. If you ever dine in, request for Creshawn. He goes by Shawn. Other servers should take notes! Thank you, Olive Garden for having him there! He made our visit worth giving your location another chance, after my poor review.

The staff is incompetent. I don’t expect 5 star service, but don’t tell me it’s a 20 min wait and then blame a table that hasn’t moved for an hour long wait. Put two tables together you morons.

Excellent service. Great food. Good drinks. I can’t think of any complaints. The quantity may kill you, though.

Seeing as the reviews on here for this business don’t seem great; I must say that I would suspect that either new management is in the building or at least a new staff. Servers are very attentive and courtious. Food is delicious and well priced. Whatever caused the low rating for this location is a mystery to me, our service was fantastic.

I hadn’t been to an Olive Garden in years. Idk why. This place is awesome and the food is oh so tastey. I had the 4 course meal. I had the vegetable soup, some cheese balls, the 5 cheese spaghetti with marinara sauce, and the raspberry cheesecake. It was oh so good! I overstuffed myself(I think it was the bread) but it was worth it! I had left overs for 2 days which is always a plus. The more money I can save the happier I am. lol We went on a Sunday which was super busy. Our waitress was nice, friendly, and attentive. I really enjoyed my experience at this location. I will be back again.

Who hasn’t visited this place? Every family has stepped in here. I used to eat here very often with my family. Now, I think the Italian chain’s food quality has slipped. It’s not as good as I remembered it. We celebrated birthdays here and came here when we needed to fulfill our hunger. Each visit with a group of 4 or more meant you would have to wait an hour+. If you plan to eat at the peak hours of lunch and dinner, get ready to wait, sometimes stand. One time we took the buzzer with us to walmart and came back lol. We know it only works in a certain range, but why kill time by just waiting around? Food quality has definitely gone down. Yet, we still stop in here occasionally. The salad and bread sticks are what their known for. My family also likes their peach tea. The chicken and seafood dishes are those I favor. Service is okay, it depends on which server you’re paired with. If you’re planning to eat here at last minute, you’re going to starve a bit. They are always busy, especially near the holidays and weekends.

The 2 stars is for the baked bread and house salad, about the only things good in this place. We came here yesterday for dinner and had a long wait for a table. Seeing the place so crowded and busy we were expecting the food to be great. Hardly so, we ordered chicken alfredo and smoked mozaralla chicken and both tasted like heated frozen dinners. The service was very bad too. We got the salad and soup but no cutlery to eat it. We had to flag down the waiter after looking around the place to get it. The waiter was a good guy, but he was super busy and the table was never cleared and glasses not refilled. Overall not a place I would want to go to again.

I came here yesterday to celebrate a belated Mother’s Day, even though it was Father’s Day. Olive Garden is one of those places down FM1960 that you just pass by seeing families flooding in and out of the restaurant. I’ve been here on 4 occasions, each time I’m always leaving and thinking«why do I even come here.» The wait is long if you’re seating more than 4+, plan to come an hour before hand or you will stave. The service is always a bit slow — I understand it’s busy but if it’s always this busy, haven’t you figured out a system to keep everything timely? The food is average — just eating chain Italian food. Going with my mother and grandmother I wanted this to be a pleasant experience, after all, it’s «Mother’s Day» but sadly, I had to keep trying to flag down the waiter. He was a nice man, but again, I left thinking, «why do I keep coming here.»
