I order in the drive thru and the lady asks«watchu want» and I ordered a combo meal and she asked«drink» but I didn’t hear her properly and I asked her to repeat what she said and she responded«what — do — you — want — to — drink, Sprite, water, what?» I was appalled. I pull up to the window and after paying she hands me the bag and slams the window. She gave me the wrong drink and no hot sauce. The second time around, I go inside to order and the guy at the front was very rude. I remember his name bc it’s so odd. His name was De’Ron or something like that. He just acted like he hated his job and life and never smiled and he looked irritated when I asked for hot sauce. The service here absolutely sucks. Won’t be coming back. My chicken was good. That’s it.

If you are looking for chicken strips, FF’s, slaw, and sweet tea this is the place. A tad high for chicken but it’s famous sauce is great for dipping the chicken in.

There menu is very small. Chicken fingers is about the extent of it. But. Those chicken fingers are awesome! The fries, Texas toast, and slaw are all tasty as well. The best part is definitely their Canes Sauce. It’s worthy of dying for.

This has got to be the worst location! I have tried this location on 4 separate occasions, and the tenders have got to be the smallest out there. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next one to save you a big let down!

Came in during a rush on St. Patrick’s Day our food was out extremely fast and was amazing. It must’ve been a supervisor or a manager but they continuously checked on us to make sure everything was OK great service!!!

I normally enjoy eating here but today, I found a piece of hair in my chicken finger. It was wrapped all around underneath the crispy part of the finger. When I showed it to the employee, she told her manager about it and she handled it very well. She was apologetic and offered me a brand new batch. I still love Raising Canes but I will not eat here as often anymore.

When we come back to Houston to visit, Raising Cane is a must for us. We just love eating their chicken fingers and their no other place that makes it like them. This location is always clean and their staff is very nice and friendly. They walk around and ask if we need anything else too. The food comes out nice and toasty, of course delicious. My hubby and I usually share the 5 or 6 piece chicken finger meal. The chicken fingers and fries are cooked perfectly… hot and crispy. Nothing was overcooked. The chicken fingers wouldn’t cut it without Raising Cane special sauce… I add a little more ketchup to mines to make it a little sweeter, but I love that stuff. I feel like a fatty when all I want to do is eat it… Also their sweet tea is made with the right amount of tea and sugar. I don’t know if its concentrated or brew from bags or leaves… it taste delicious and I drink a few cups when I’m there. I will be coming back when I’m back in Houston the next time.

Very dissatisfied with paying 70.00 for chicken fingers for 4. Then you have to pay for French fries as well as sauces. It is the biggest rippoff, have they EVER heard of The colonel! Really. Pitiful

I visited this location this past evening. I was excited because Canes has always at least been hot and fresh. The drive through cashier was friendly so my hopes were high when my wait was a lot longer than anticipated. I was ordering a 6 piece with a lemonade. Well I got the bag, I immediately reach in for you yummy, toasty buttered bread. It was not so toasty or warm. Next I grab a fry which was the same temperature as the not so toasty bread. Then came the chicken. Soggy, yes actually damp. Folks I’m sad and out $$. Bad day at Canes.

This Raising Canes location met my expectations. It was cleaner than most fast food restaurants, the staff was nice, and the food was a lot better than the last time I had it. My boyfriend and I both ordered the 3 piece chicken meal. The chicken was perfectly crispy and tender, the fries were better than usual, and my absolute favorite was the bread. Yum. So buttery and soft. Raising Canes is one of my favorite places for sweet tea, it’s not over-poweringly sweet but it’s just right. I’d come to this Raising Canes again! Highly recommend.

Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Everything was as good or better than expected of a fast food chicken finger place. Staff wasn’t bad or anything.

Came here because this is what my co worker chose for his last day meal. Bread was soggy. I only ate my fries because the chicken was too greasy. Not my favorite place to come too and think there is way better fried chicken out there

I’m not sure about this place. The chicken didn’t seem like it was cooked long enough. I’m not asking for dry chicken but I don’t want it squishy either! Toast was nice, fluffy, and tasty! The fries were okay, needed some salt. The cane sauce was amazing though! I would go back just for the sauce and hope that the chicken is better cooked. I would’ve given 4 stars but the girl was rude. I asked for ranch and she snapped back saying they don’t carry ranch. Okaaaay. I’m sorry that I didn’t know that but you could’ve been nicer. I’ll try this place again when the location in CA opens.

I love this local chain whose famous for their tasty chicken strips and crinkle fries. Stopped by the willow brook location to dine in for lunch! Very friendly and accommodating staff. The Texas toast is the best and I wish for a larger portion if coleslaw. Suggestion for staff, clean soda machine and catchup dispenser. Otherwise decent visit. Would be great to add a salad to menu of limited items. Try the lemonade

I have been to many canes throughout Houston and this is the only one where I have found the food extremely poor! The chicken was cooked long ago and just kept warm, it’s over cooked and small strips pale in comparison to the other establishments! They may only have given me bad food because I went through the drive-through but I’m not impressed at all.

Been here several times and I always get great food and service. Never had an issue. One complaint is trying to enter the drive thru. Extremely hard to get into the parking lot! Good food, I have no complaints

I’ve been to many Cane’s locations across Texas and Louisiana, and this one is the only location that has provided less-than-amazing food. I recently went through the drive-thru around 12:30PM. I’m used to waiting for a few minutes at the window while they put my food together but at this place, they handed me my food immediately after paying. When I got home, I noticed my food was soggy and lukewarm. It tasted like it had been pre-boxed and sitting on the counter for a while. My guess is that they expect a lunch rush so they prepackage of lot of the boxes together to keep traffic flowing, but my food ended up cold and soggy after only a 10 minute drive home. The chicken had a good flavor but was barely lukewarm. My fries and toast were totally soggy and downright cold. I know that Cane’s prides themselves on serving fresh, made-to-order chicken. Its a shame to see that this location is falling short. I’d rather wait a few minutes at the window for piping hot and fresh food.
