Ramano’s Macaroni Grill

This place has gone waaaaaayyyy downhill. A friend gave us a gift certificate, so we thought we would try it. First, the wait staff was so friendly but… No gluten free options. In fact, my husband and I asked for gluten free options, they assured us what we ordered was gluten free and I ended up with hives… So it was not. There wasn’t one thing I can say tasted good or made the hives worth it. Lol!

I came here tonight for the second time and was highly disappointed.
Not only was the food just okay, I gave the waiter 2 gift cards for the meal (because one of them did not have enough money to cover the meal) and the other one was a brand new one. The waiter, I believe his name was Nathan, (he had tattoos, was tall and skinny) kept the brand new one for himself and just gave me back the used one (which should have been empty) with $.36 cents on it.
He completely ripped me off. I am disappointed that they would hire such crooks.

The family and I went here yesterday and let me first say that the wait staff couldn’t be nicer. That said, their menu was completely confusing and their promotional idea behind $ 7 in 7 min or it’s free seemed like a good idea, till we found out we couldn’t order it from our table. So we didn’t. That was our mistake, it took over 90 minutes to get our orders and as it was explained to us, it was because the 7/​7/​free promotion took precedence over table service. The food was good, held a bit too long at the pass but very tasty. Will not go there again, did not intend to spend Sunday afternoon writing on tables with crayons. If the service had been faster, I would have given them more stars. How many, I don’t know, they didn’t get the meal to me fast enough.

If you want Great Service, ask for Rachel to serve your table. Salads were very fresh but ask extra dressing because the usual containers are skimpy. Tried the Carmella’s Chicken for the 1^st time. Tasty, kinda sweet flavor, but too much onion. A favorite dish is the «Rustica» Chicken, which came out delicious yesterday!
We love this place.
Note: Watch out for broken front door which can make you think they are closed!
