Way to expensive for what it is. Paying for service that you hardly ever have because it never works… Remote for garages and to go inside the gym or to go check your mail more always broke never works so if you are like me you have to freaking JUMPOVERTHEFENCETOCHECKYOUROWNMAIL… You tell them about your problem and they will switch your remote to another one that doesn’t work(way to solve the problem). Staff other then the manager are always lost and never know what to do when it come to your rent or paper work. PLEASESTAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACEATALLCOST!!!

I would absolutely not recommend coming here(FYI I came here on a three month lease). First of all, the staff is not accustomed to the way things work in 2015. They don’t send any information over email and have not once gotten my online bill payment correct. They advertise that they accept money over rentpaidonline but they do such a bad job of making sure that your bill is actually there and complete that it isn’t even worth it. I’ve had to pay so many extra fees because the management forgot to put everything online that it’s ridiculous. In addition, there were so many fees they tacked on the first month that I almost paid 30% of my first month lease in extra fees. In addition, their customer service is terrible. I told them on the first day that my dishwasher wasn’t working and they never came to fix it(I ended up fixing it myself). In addition, there were issues with giving a 60-day notice of leaving where it stated in my lease agreement that I should be given a reminder of this notice 5 – 90 days beforehand otherwise the window is shortened to a 30-day notice. I got no reminder so assumed that they would be fine with a 30-day notice for a 3 month lease(my lease is only 3 months so the reminder would have probably come even before I joined). Well, I gave my intent to vacate 45 days before the end of my lease(why is this even a thing for 3 month contracts…) and they told me that they would bill me for the next ~15 days after my contract ended. WHAT? I had three meetings with them where I explicitly stated all the terms of my contract and why I should only need a 30 day notice. The people NEVERLOOKEDMEINTHEEYE while I was talking(things looked so shady) and finally pointed me to the manager. When I was talking to the manager about the issue, she kept referencing a piece of paper that somehow proved that she sent me a reminder via the maintenance crew and that they SHOULDHAVE put it on the door(what does this even mean?). In any case, I asked for a copy of the«reminder» just to make sure that I didn’t get it. Well, not only did I not get this reminder, but the words«remind» or «reminder» weren’t even on the paper once. It was just an advertisement for extending my lease(which I never got). Anyone can write something on a piece of paper. This doesn’t mean that it is actually true. I never got a reminder, and I felt like the management was a bunch of babies that couldn’t think for themselves(except for the manager who feels like a con-man). I feel like the management doesn’t know anything about accountability. Simply giving over an important paper to someone else to deliver(by taping to a door) and then writing on a piece of paper that you sent this document DOESNOTMEANANYTHING. For all I know, the manager never sent the reminder and is just trying get any money possible from those that are leaving. I am left with a very bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. From the countless fees in the beginning, to the lack of customer service in the middle, to the horrible move out experience, there was nothing about the apartment complex that would make me want to come back. Please don’t make the mistake of coming here, there are plenty of other apartment complexes that are better.
