Since this is the Starbucks so close to my house, I’ve tried this one a few times in the past few months. Unfortunately, it’s always the same… Slow and mediocre at best. The people are nice but everyone is constantly in low gear. Coffee wasn’t that great and the oatmeal was like eating paste. I would recommend the Starbucks in vintage park or even 1960 before this one. Hopefully someone will actually do something about the poor service and quality.

This is the only Starbucks that has given me constant bad customer service! Unfortunately is the one closest to my home, but after today’s experience probably wont go back. Service is slow, kind of rude and they always run out of pastries super early in the morning. When I walken in there were 6 starbucks people and nobody greet me or even loked at me. WhenI asked for couple of pastries that I could see they had in stock the rude clueless guy said as of today he could not sell the pastries because they were only for show. They had more than 1 of each, and I ask him why? His aswer was, I don’t know and I just got here. Starbucks management you have to train your staff better!!!

Convenient location but they are really slow. If you go inside, expect to wait a long time. The drive thru is hit or miss, but mostly very slow. I’ve never had any problems with my order, though, so in that aspect they’re great!

Not hard to figure out — it’s a Starbucks. The staff at this location has been great — however, this location is a bear at rush times. Small interior, approach and exits are cramped — they underbuilt and picked a sub-optimal spot. Outdoor patio can be nice when the weather cooperates, even with the nearby freeway.

Based on previous experience with this location, I knew to ask for a drink with«no room. «opened my drink to find it about three fourths full, which is even less than normal. I brought this to the attention of the drive-through attendant. She brought me back another drink which was a little fuller but still not great. I drove off making the mistake of not trying my drink first. I tasted it and it had a peppermint flavor which I had not ordered. Tip: if you can, use the mobile pay on the Starbucks app. It will mean the difference of $ 3.63 for a short versus $ 4.05 if you order at the location. Changing this from a two star rating to just one.

Slowest drive thru line I had ever experienced. I’ve waited in line for 24 mins. My advice: if you’re in a hurry don’t go here. The drinks are also really badly made. It taste like nothing it’s suppose to.

I sometimes will stop at this Starbucks when I am passing through and they have been pretty timely before. Today however I waited 20 minutes total in line from start to finish. When I asked about the wait time the girl did not know what to say and then did not give me my change back. I had to ask for the change back and no one had given me my drink yet. Not a fan of the barista named Priscilla… needs better training.

I love Starbucks and even worked there myself, but this is by far the worst location known to Houston. My drink is made wrong/nasty ¾ times. They are INCREDIBLY slow(even when it’s not busy). It once took 10 minutes for a Venti passion tea when I was the only person in the drive through; I only saw 2 people in the café. I was recently told by a barista«we can’t make the green tea Frappachino light». Yes, you do(nonfat/no whip). They also short your drink all the time. I’m surprised if by some miracle my drink is actually full. Bottom line, you’re better off driving the extra few minutes to Vintage Park or 249&1960.(Also the only reason I went to that one so much is because it was seriously right next to my house, but I gave up on it).

This Starbucks is awesome, the Baristas are always kind and you can expect service with a smile even at 5:30 in the morning… It’s new, yes, so with that being said, perhaps a few of the Baristas are in training and that’s ok! Everyone has to learn, everyone makes mistakes. EVERY time I have visited this Starbucks I have been very pleased! Drink is always yummy, people are always friendly! It’s not the Baristas fault if your late for work or another engagement… Maybe you just need to leave a little earlier if you are going to need some coffee… :)

It is hard to give a bad review to Starbucks. However, the employees at this location make it easy. The point in having a scanner and your virtual starbucks card in your phone, is to avoid hassles. In this location be prepared to hand your phone to the barista. They do not want to use the portable scanner. They are rude!

Out of iced coffee(what?). Took forever to make to two iced Americanos. «Light cream» was basically cream with a splash of coffee. Disgusting. There’s a Starbucks right at 1960 down the road. Go there instead.

I am a Starbucks regular so I was really excited to have a new location open down the street from my home. That excitement quickly turned into disappointment after visiting this location a few times. Every time I have to wait an extremely long time, the baristas aren’t friendly and my latte never tastes right. I figured to give them some time as it is a new location but it’s not getting any better. I now avoid this Starbucks and just visit the others in the area. Such a shame.

This is a newer location so I’m inclined to cut them some slack. I’ve been here twice. The nearby Vintage Park location is usually crowded, so if I want a place to sit, I can come here. However, the baristas need some work. The first time I came here, I ordered a simple double espresso. You push a button and it’s done. My order was skipped in the queue 3 times. It was mid shift, afternoon, so not busy. The barista who eventually pulled my shot looked clueless and appeared to ask another barista what to do. As it was not busy, he could’ve asked 2 drinks ago rather than have me wait. The second time I came here, I brought in my own cup which still had a few ounces of coffee remaining from the morning. I ordered a Blackeye(coffee w espresso). The unobservant barista proceeded to dispense new coffee on top of the old stuff instead of emptying out the cup and priming it with hot water(it’s a stainless steel cup). As a former Starbucks employee of 3 years, I know how to do this job. Quite disappointed thus far with this location.
