I work nights and over a period of almost two years, I was NEVER awakened by my neighbors. The property is well-​maintained and the staff is top-​notch. They seem to care about their tenants and respond quickly to any maintenance issues that, though rare, pop up. I had a one BR with a detached garage that was right outside my door. Plenty of space for my car or truck and various items.
Although I just moved out, it had nothing to do with the Villages. If I ever went back to apartment-living…it would be at The Villages of Cypress Creek!
I just noticed an unfavorable review of this property on Unilocal!This person obviously has an axe to grind because the world doesn’t revolve around him. Not once did I have a problem with roaches or any other critters!

We signed our lease today to move in at the end of the August. Our house will be up for sale soon and we need a place to live for the next few months until we can find our new home. I had such a wonderful experience with this complex and the leasing agent, Zaida was awesome. I haven’t lived in an apartment in +12 years and I’m honestly excited! I had a very pleasant experience which put me at ease with my upcoming change.
