While I’ve never been a huge fan of the Full Line brand, there’s no doubt that a trip to good river would not be complete without stopping by this brewery that’s been around for nearly 30 years. With an absolutely beautiful view of the river and several classic beers on tap, it’s easy to see why this place will likely continue to be going strong for the years to come.

Stopped in with my bro for lunch. Been in this joint a few times now. The food is great, the service is very fast and beer on tap is cold and dark, just the way I like it. I tell my pallys it’s a good joint, with good people, now I’m tell’in you. Eat here, have a cold brew, put yer feet up.

Food was great and beer selection was great… Our only complaint was that you couldn’t pick and choose your flight! I’m not an IPA fan, so a flight of all of your«regular» beers or a flight of all of your seasonal does me no good. Would have preferred to mix/match based on my palette. Also, no happy hour? But the wheatwine made up for that…

Really enjoyed FS47 today for lunch. We did both tasting flights(6 in each) and feel like that was a good representation of their offerings. I LOVE the Blood Orange. Hope that stays for a long time. As for food, we split a beer salad and the salmon and chips based on the Unilocal reviews. The salmon and chips did not disappoint and I would definitely recommend it/order it again. The beet salad was fine, not exceptional, but far from bad as well. We did the tour(nice that it was free) and that was interesting and collected a full sail full size glass for taking it. Great experience. Good food. Would recommend.

Outstanding — great food, awesome brews! The Oatmeal Pale Ale was one of my favorites… since it is a seasonal and I can only get it when I am there in person… think I could have the recipe? Good variety, wood-aged brews, awesome views, comfortable, fast, tasty… Good kids menu, indoor/outdoor seating, brewery tours

A very interesting brewery. They offer tours which are fun to go on and you get a free glass at the end of the tour. Didn’t eat here but did try the beer and found it to be very good though not incredible. Definitely worth it for the tour and the view for sure though.

The steak sandwich is BOMB! The restaurant/brewery has a cool view and a good list of beers to pick from. Quick and friendly service

Service was great, atmosphere was fantastic. My husband said the chili was good. I thought the truffle fries were just ok. Not a strong truffle taste and the garlic aioli sauce is very mayonnaise-y tasting. The portobello mushroom sandwich was fantastic! I loved it! And the blood orange wheat beer I had with it was very good too.

We ordered the hummus plate which was good, although nothing they actually made themselves(you just put everything on a plate). Then my partner got a salad and we both got the«udon» noodle stir fry. After the hummus plate, the rest of the food took probably 30 mins. Our server never checked in or let us know what was taking so long. We assumed they forgot about the salad because it could have easily been brought out during the 30 mins, but instead they brought it out with the main dishes. Who does that?! We sent the salad back. It gets worse. The noodles were not udon noodles which just makes me mad because it said udon and it was though everything was boiled then put together. The bok choy wasn’t seared or anything, all just very blah. Neither of the dishes were very hot, which they should have been if it took that long to make. Sorry but do not waste your time or money.

Great food, great beer, great service, great view! We had to wait around 10 min for a table(dinner time on a Saturday), but it was well worth the wait

Since I went for the burger, here is my burger-specific review! Meat 5⁄10 I must admit, the meat wasn’t the greatest. It unfortunately did not have much flavor and was also a little on the dry side. Bun — 8⁄10 Probably the best part of the burger. Perfect size and tasted fresh. Burger: bun ration — 7⁄10 Pretty close to 1:1 ratio which is the idea ratio. This category checks out! Toppings — 5⁄10 Similar to the meat, the toppings also lacked flavor.): Condiments — 5⁄10 Standard condiments, nothing particularly special or tasty. Logistics — 7⁄10 Overall, the burger wasn’t totally difficult. I had to fold the lettuce in half because there was a LOT of lettuce that came on the burger! It started to fall apart at the end, but overall, not terrible in the logistic department. Fries — 5⁄10 Good size and good level of crispy, but similar to the meat and toppings, the fries just really lacked flavor. There was potential with this burger but overall, it was just very, very bland!

We stopped in here on a sunny, windy day. We were just wanting a quick bite to eat before we drove back to Portland. It was the middle of lunch time on a Sunday and the wait for a table was only about 15 minutes. There were families and people of all ages. We were seated quickly and from there forward ordered quickly, and food came out about 20 minutes later. So two different menus, one for beer and one for food! Both menus have a good amount of food on them. The beer menu had both full sail as well as re stripe, so that’s cool. I think they might have had a few guest brews as well. The food menu was okay, lot’s of regular bar/pub food. Large sandwiches which was nice but they were missing a little something like a sauce or something, there was A LOT of meat on my italian sandwich. Which some people may like but I guess I picked wrong. They did have a veggie burger which my boyfriend’s mother seemed to enjoy a lot. They also had house pickles which were very good. The best part was definitely the salmon fish and chips though. they were divine! Will we be back? Maybe. but maybe just for a free tour.

The overall ambience of this place screams Oregon, from the massive mural of Mount Hood to the stunning views overlooking the river. After a long wait we were seated at tables with copper tops and served flavorful, round Amber ales in a timely manner. The fried salmon was moist(a first for me — my previous experiences at other establishments was a dry and crumbly texture) and the house burger was dripping with flavor. What gives it 5 stars in my opinion was the artichoke dip — spiced with peppers and unbelievably creamy — served with piping hot pita wedges that made me mourn my lack of a second stomach. You better believe we hoarded leftovers to enjoy at home. Amazing meal.

Never gave Full Sail or Sessions a thought in this crowded micro brew world that we inhabit but work brought me to this gorgeous corner and belly demanded food. They do full on brewery tours here but I was looking for sustenanance. I am a sucker for marketing so I ordered their«signature» Beer Cheese Soup. Made with their Sessions Black Lager and cheddar and pepper jack cheese it was delicious. It had depth and cheese in every bite. I found myself dipping the multi grain chips, that came with the meal, so I could leave no drop of the soup. Full Sail is on my radar now.

Stopped in the other night after a day full of skiing with the family. First we tried Double Mountain, but they had a wait time ETA of 1:30 for 4, so we moved on to Full Sail. We were in within 25 minutes, and were able to enjoy a beer while waiting. It is a nice place, and the service was good. It was very busy on the Sunday night we were there, but they were well-staffed. Food was excellent. I really enjoyed the Salmon Fish n Chips, and love the pickled zucchini with it, and they had good beer. My family also enjoyed their food. I would be tempted to do 4 or 5 stars, but my wife was disappointed that they could not substitute the Beer Cheese soup as a side with her entrée in lieu of the salad(not even with an upcharge); Apparently they only sell the soup a la carte, which seems kind of like a silly policy. That is why I’m leaving 3 stars.

I was here JUST long enough(~20mins) to take down the seasonal sampler and eat some garlic fries. Service was hella prompt and friendly. Wish I had more time to chill and try a few more beers, but I had to leave so quickly, I even forgot to take my freebie taster glass!

Just had a beer here so I can’t comment in the food, but it looked good as it came by our table. For a beer I had the ESB on nitro which was smooth and a very good beer. I like the outdoor area, it was perfect on a nice summer day.

DELICIOUS beers. We ordered the seasonal sampler and really enjoyed them all! I’d come back just for the beer! I had the salmon fish and chips and it was also amazing. Husband had the steak sandwich and thought it made a perfect lunch although he’d only rate it 3 stars.

We drove the Columbia River Gorge and ended up in Hood River where we decided to stop in on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon for a beer. The line was long for a table to eat but we were seated quickly because we wanted only to drink. The outside was all taken but that is a great spot to see the river. The river is also visible from inside the restaurant but the view is perhaps not as good. I got the oatmeal stout and the wife got the Session Black($ 4.50 each) and they were thoroughly enjoyable. The place has a nice vibe and is great for families as well as adults. We did end up getting some pretzel bread sticks to snack and they were an excellent accompaniment to the beer: salty, a bit garlicly, soft and chewy. Our server was really nice and brought the wife several samples when she was having trouble deciding which beer to order. I would definitely recommend this place because it is fun and has great beers.

We went here for dinner on a Friday night. We requested to sit outside if they had anything available, and the hostess said they had one last table. It ended up being the best table on their patio with a great view of the water(this place isn’t right on the water, but still has a decent view). Our server was very friendly and patient with us, and obliged my obnoxious request for a pitcher of water since we were all super thirsty. I ordered a beer to start off(it was dark but I don’t remember the name) and we decided to split the pretzel sticks. The pretzel sticks were good but nothing awesome — there were 4 ½(or 4 and one tiny one) and they were served with a cheese dipping sauce. For my entrée I went with the portabella sandwich with the side salad. The portabella was very good and had tons of flavor that were nicely complemented by the toppings. The side salad was topped with their house vinaigrette and was also pretty good. The food here is more like a 3.5 but the ambience and the view pushes it up to at least a 4. They also have growlers for purchase that are a pretty good deal.
