The may be the least impressive Starbucks in some time. The drink was made correctly(eventually) and they managed to heat a sandwich. So someone can punch a button. That’s about it. The place is NOT clean. I went in very early so it can’t be blamed on weather, traffic, etc. I had to repeat my drink order six times! And that would be one drink. ONE drink. It was almost weird. And English was her first language. I almost wrote it down for her.

Drinks are on point now. Holliday season is upon us! Everyone needs to try Chestnut praline. It’s definitely my favorite drink now. New staff is awesome. Stop by every so often to grab a nice hot cup of holiday coffee before heading to work. Thanks to the staff here.

This is your typical Starbucks that is located near a small business park area. It is easy to get here from Sterling Road or Elden Street. The coffee here is hit or miss. Yesterday I got a coffee and it tasted burnt. However, another day the coffee was delicious. I did order a fancy drink(aka skinny vanilla latte) and forgot to order it extra hot. It was slightly hot but this is Starbucks all over the place problem and not here. The next time I got a latte I ordered it extra hot and it hit the spot. I have never been here when it was busy and the employees are normally fast.

3.5 stars. In trying to choose among the trifecta of Herndon Starbucks location, this particular copy wins for having the most massive and least crowded parking lot, and multiple in-and-out options for those driving. However, the pad space is pretty crowded, especially in the warmer months, due to the sidewalk space and seating being shared with Guapo’s next door. Indoor space is a little cramped, but it’s a tall order for any Starbucks not to feel cramped most of the time. Employees are pretty consistent, not too much turnover here. You can enter from either Elden St(either direction) or from Sterling Rd(either direction). Exit right only onto Elden or sneak-attack left onto Sterling Rd south-bound by weaving back behind Mellow Mushroom and the office condos. Not much else to say, since I don’t think anyone actually reads Starbucks Unilocal reviews(the zombies like me don’t care, they just want their ‘Bucks fix), but you’ve got three(or four — w/Safeway) Herndon SBUX choices and you can’t go too wrong here, especially with the quantity of parking and convenient entry and exit.
