They did a horrible job pressing my daughters shirt for her livestock show! Left all sorts of folds and creases where they weren’t suppose to be!

very frustrated with my visit. I took in 8 shirts and it cost me $ 39.40!!! When I brought up the outrageous charge, the girl said they charged me for blouses instead of regular laundry because they need to be hand ironed, therefore those are more expensive. The crazy thing is that I only had 3 pieces that could be considered a blouse. The rest were regular cotton button down collared shirts that I have had cleaned there numerous times before! I don’t think I will be returning there. That is just ridiculous to overcharge people that way!

This was my first experience with this dry cleaner.

On with the review
At drop off:
* Very friendly. I instantly felt welcomed and that I wanted to be loyal to this local dry cleaners.
* High tech. My previous cleaners did everything by hand as far as the check in paper work. Comet cleaners does everything electronically.
* Deals. They explained all the various ways to save money. I love to save money. (I’ll put some discounts in the tips section.)
At pick up:
* Still the same great service
* They were open on NYE
* But then I get hit with the final price. They did a great job on our clothing but the price was almost triple than what I am use to paying in this city.
Conclusion. This is a great service, quality, high-​tech cleaners. But I would not use for every week use, just because of the high price.

Great service! I used them while I was in town for Christmas week. I was staying in the La Cantera area, so it took about 10 minutes to get there, but it was worth it to ensure I got my coat back in good condition. They provided next day service for less than $ 7.

The people are so nice! They always greet you with a smile on their face and make you feel like this is a small country cleaner. They know most of the peoples’ names who come in as well. They do a great job and everything is very organized. They also have this amazing home concierge service for free where they will drop off and pick up your dry cleaning for you! So glad I found this gem.

I use them exclusively, and my clothes look great 99% percent of the time. My previous cleaners left my shirts with spots. They pay attention when I alert them to garments that require special attention (such as mother of pearl buttons). Their discount for military/​law enforcement is excellent. Recommend this location.

I decided to try them out after I found a discount coupon for shirts on line. I also read the great reviews on Unilocal.After giving the attendant the coupon and returning to pick up my shirts a few days later. I discovered that the attendant had failed to use the coupon when calculating the bill. When I asked the lady on duty to correct this, I was informed that nothing could be done. The manager was unavailable and I was told that they have a firm policy that no coupons can be added after the job is completed. The original coupon was taken by the attendant and I was stuck with a full price ticket which was $ 17 more than I had bargained for. I will definitely stay away from this place in the future.

This Comet Cleaners is very close to my house and is my dry cleaner of choice.
They have a 24-​hour drop off chute, and if you request, they will even give you a durable laundry bag complete with a tag that has all of your information printed on it so they know exactly what to do with your laundry if you drop it off after-​hours.
My clothes have come back in excellent condition and on time (about a 48 hour turnaround). The employees are very nice, even when they are swamped with customers.
I am glad to use Comet for all of my dry cleaning needs.
