Studio VIDA! Dance Fusion Fitness

LOVE! I wish that I lived closer so that I could attend classes more. I’ve tried Zumba at other places and this one is my favorite so far. My very first class was with Savina on a Sunday afternoon — definitely not as crowded as a weekday evening. She has tons of energy and you feel it in your body the next day that you got a wonderful workout. I’ve also attended classes with Mario (he offers and intense but fun class), Gaby (wow — she is awesome!) and Tremaine (he has a hip hop style!). If you have a student ID you can go the late night class (8pm) on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for only $ 5! Be advised that if you are coming to one of these $ 5 classes you need to come early to get a good spot — they fill up quick.
If you haven’t tried Zumba before I would recommend trying this studio! As an additional perk, if you become a member you will receive a free class during your birthday month!

My neighbor introduced me to this studio. I almost died the day after. I was sooooo sore! I love it though. The enthusiasm and energy level are amazing. I love to take classes from Mario, Gabi, Monica and Tremain. They rock!!! You feel really accomplished after your hour workout, but you leave with a huge smile on your face. It is definately a place to go experience for yourself. They do have a walk in rate of 8 dollars if you just want to try out a new challenge.

The most awesome and FUN workout I’ve ever had! I recommend signing up with one of Mario’s classes first if you’ve never done Zumba, he is AMAZING, so energetic that its catching and you’re dancing the whole time! You don’t have to know what you are doing and you’ll pick it up with the rest of the class! It’s an absolute blast! Also you go for 60 min, not just 45min like most other classes and it goes by so quick you don’t even realize it until you’re cooling down! Gabi and Monica are some of my other favorite instructors too but I’m always looking for Mario’s classes first! Highly recommend and you can sign up online. I really like this studio. It is large and very clean. All the of instructors are super fun and energetic but also very professional. They always introduce themselves at the beginning of every class and keep everyone motivated. I have been to other studios that offer Zumba but the studios are either very run down or their instructors are cold or borderline rude. I will keep coming back to Studio Vida for a long time

This studio is awesome! The instructors have an amazing energy and once your session starts it’s like being at a dance party. Everyone’s having a great time and the high-​energy moves could have come right off the dance floor of a South Beach club.
