The dental assistants and Dr Brigman are professional. Unfortunately I can not say the same for their office manager. She scheduled an appointment for my daughter and when I showed up she could not find the appointment. She was then rude and did not respect my patient privacy. She announced to the waiting room what my daughter was there for. They just lost three patients due to her incompetence.

I have to bring it down a star. Mostly due to incompetence with their front office. The receptionist is terrible!

I really do love this place, my favorite cleaner is Becky, she does a awesome job without hurting like other places. The dentist are nice, they introduce them selves, and chat a little while they work. Only issue is some of the workers upfront, I think her name Pam? In charge of payments is incredibly nice and help us out when we had issues with our insurance but who ever picks up the phone 1^st is very rude, and hung up on me while I was trying to ask questions today. Me and my fiancé both know to be «patient» with her because of it when we are in the office.

We have been going to Helotes Family Dentistry for going on 5 years for routine cleanings and have always had a great experience! From the front desk staff to the Doctors — we are always treated nicely! Everyone knows us by name and they make us feel at home. We recently learned that our oldest daughter needs some orthodontic procedures and were referred to other Orthodontists for some opinions. WOW! I am blown away by the effort and expertise Dr. Brigman has given the situation! He made sure that we met with more than one Orthodontist, he reviewed each treatment plan proposed and together with the others came up with the BEST treatment plan for our child! This is not obviously a «one-​size-​fits-​all» situation — every mouth is different and instead of rushing the process, he took time out of his practice, his family and his personal time to help guide us through the treatment plan options. I cannot say enough great things! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you DR BRIGMAN AND HELOTES FAMILY DENTISTRY! We are so glad you are in our community and you are here for our family!

These people do not care about service. My family and I have been coming here for a few years now. Everything was great in the beginning but over the past year they have grown in size but are failing miserably in service and professionalism. They have quoted me an estimate for services but didn’t properly check my prior treatment history with them so the insurance would not pay. I understand this happens, but then they didn’t even give me the option to pay with my FSA card and instead used a credit of mine that they had been sitting on for about 6 months. Additionally, my son just had his braces removed and they gave us temporary retainers which promptly broke in his mouth after only a few days. I have been calling repeatedly during business hours but no one answers the phone or returns calls. We walked in out of desperation but the receptionist said only doctors were here but not dentists so try coming tomorrow. There was no offer to set up an appt or even contact the dentist or assistants to get new retainers made. There is obviously a complete and utter lack of motivation to help patients. My family and I are changing dentists so this office will miss out on another $ 5,000 set of braces for my youngest and all of the dental services for my family of four.

Great dentist loved if even have refrigerator with free water and caprisun they are also very friendly!

I highly recommend Helotes Family Dentistry. Who likes going to the dentist? No one. But Dr. Bregman is a cool guy, and his offices have crazy technology so I usually look forward to it.
He has LCD screens above each patient chair that either show nice calming scenery, a movie (to distract kiddos) and is also used to show your xrays instead of looking at negatives on a light box.
You sign in on a computer, and almost everything you do there is automated in some way. He is like the dentist of the future!
