Ok. So as far as prices go, Maverick is definately on the cheap side. But quantity definately rules over quality here. I was basically told by the staff here that you get what you pay for. Have had my clothes come back with unexpected wrinkles now n then n chalked it up to a bad day. But after taking two brand new pair of pants here only to have then put double creases in them id had enough. Especially after being told they couldnt guarantee it wouldnt be done again. So if i gotta spend a few extra dollars to get good service n quality work done then so be it. Take your clothes here at your own risk.

Terrible customer service, lost clothes, no stain removal. I went in there this morning and asked the lady to pre spot the collars on my shirts. She did not respond. I asked her again and she did not respond again. Then I asked her a third time, «I don’t know if you hear but could you please pre spot the collars». Her response«i wrote it down» I apologized and said I didn’t know if she had heard. She rolled her eyes and didn’t respond. I asked for a manager and she said he wasnt there. Then the manager finally came and I explained the situation. I told him that I question if I should come back. He said«I dont like this you do what you want». I took my stuff and told him I wouldn’t be returning. I also said I’d be posting negative information on Unilocal. He said«you’re not the first and you won’t be the last». Trust me guys, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t go back to these people.

I always save my HEB receipts in case they include a coupon for this cleaner. I know, $ 1.25 is already cheap, but I want it to be cheaper! The place does brisk business and the clerks are pleasant enough. My main complaint: they put the safety pins tags on the actual fabric instead of pinning it to the tag. This drives me insane! The pin doesn’t usually leave a hole, but sometimes it does. I always ask for them to pin it on the tag, but it only happens 10% of the time. I haven’t had to use them for any tough stains, so I can’t comment on that.
