Chick-fil-A

I stopped here on a road trip headed down to Tennessee. The service was blazingly fast, so much so that my food was done before I had even gotten my change. The downside was I couldn’t find any napkins out where the extra sauces and straws were. The regular chicken sandwich was great but the 12 piece chicken nuggets were very small. The restaurant itself was very clean and felt brand new. There are plenty of places to eat in Harrisonburg, VA, especially when just wanting something quick off the interstate, but I would come back to this Chick-​Fil-​A.

I always stop at this location when traveling south out of DC — this totals a few times every year. The food is standard Chick-​Fil-​A (read: delicious!!) but the quality of service is outstanding and makes a pit stop here a highlight after long hours on the road. The staff go out of their way to be courteous and it could not be more appreciated! Outstanding fast food experience!

I’m a Chick Fil A lover. But every now & then there is an issue. Small as it may be I feel I should mention because I rave about how good they are.
Only mentioning this because I’ve seen a trend lately and I do apologize that this store is getting the less than stellar review. But only a tad off of stellar.
I’ve been stopping at many Chick Fil As over the summer.
What has happened to me a handful of times is that when I order a coffee I have had to wait for them to make a pot since they didn’t have any.
As I write this I just realized this may not be a negative.
If they had coffee left in the carafe that was sitting there, it may have been old and they may not have wanted to give their customers older coffee. They may have wanted to give their customers only fresh product even something as simple as coffee.
So, no issue and no less than stellar review as I previously mentioned.
It’s all good. Thanks for the good product, wonderful service and the awesome smiles from the associates as always.

Worst Chick-​fil-​A, poor customer service and a rude manager. Deserves negative star. Never coming back here again.

I personally love Chic-​fil-​A more than any fast food place around. Food is consistently good. They healthy alternatives that taste great not just ok but great.
So why not five stars well this location always seems to forget something in my order. I’m starting to take it personally lol
Once it was the pepper jack cheese on my sandwich. Which if you’ve never tried I strongly suggest you do, much better than American cheese.
This time it was the straw as well as the sauce for my nuggets. Good thing the nuggets can hold their own. But the straw was missed in my large sweet tea lol
Of course I’ll be back but I will be sure to check over my order before leaving. Never had that worry at any other chic-​fil-​a

We really liked this Chick Fil A until this afternoon when my boyfriend ordered two spicy sandwiches & only received one. He repeated his order three times & the cashier acted like she understood. My boyfriend has a slight accent, but he’s extremely understandable. I don’t know what was so hard to understand about two spicy chicken sandwiches. Especially when repeated three times.

My family stopped by here for dinner on our road trip. There was a long line for the drive-​thru so we went inside. It was busy, but the line moved along quite fast. The cashier that took care of our order was very fast and friendly. They had all the registers available opened so that was good.
I had the Cobb salad. I thought it was very good. The veggies were fresh and the chicken was juicy and crispy. My husband and son had the chicken sandwiches and they like them too. As usual, their waffle fries were good.
